**What do you like best about QualNow?**

The fact that it breaks the traditional barrier and now we can get feedback in video from consumers and work on upgrading our services based on their needs

**What do you dislike about QualNow?**

There is nothing to dislike, we are loving the fact that we can now enhance our services.

**What problems is QualNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we used to receive feedback from our customers via a feedback form, which most of the times was proving to be not useful. But now, we are able to utilize the video feedback to enhance our services.

**What do you like best about QualNow?**

The fact that now instead of traditional customer feedback via forms, now we can get customer feedback through video which helps us in enhancing our services.

**What do you dislike about QualNow?**

There is nothing to dislike. Video feedback goes a long way for us to enhance our services.

**What problems is QualNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we used to have customer feedback via feedback forms, which did not help us in improving our services and understanding candidate needs. Now, with video feedback, we can enhance our services to a great extent.
