**What do you like best about QAPA?**

The support that they have is very exceptional. I cannot complain at all

**What do you dislike about QAPA?**

For now i do not have any dislikes.. I have had a good experience upto now

**Recommendations to others considering QAPA:**

You should have no second thoughts. I would recommend you go for it.

**What problems is QAPA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an organisation we require this software to facilitate the recruitment of highly trained and skilled staff, ensuring that our team members possess the expertise needed to deliver exceptional customer service and elevate our experiences of our customers. It has really helped in our hotel staff recruitment

We needed to hire staff for our hotel and luxury spa event we were hosting for our staff and employees

**What do you like best about QAPA?**

How you get Live Tech support. That was a life saver!

**What do you dislike about QAPA?**

I wish it had more spaces to input the descriptions

**What problems is QAPA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to use this software to hire staff and be able to get very well trained and skill hotel staff
