# How are you using Redzone beyond OEE, especially for labor efficiency and waste reduction?

Redzone’s UI and deployment support have helped our teams stay connected around a common goal, and the integrated modules make it feel more seamless than stand-alone OEE or compliance tools. We’ve seen big wins from labor efficiency, reducing waste (rework and inedible), and using actual labor and run rates for pricing and scheduling, but these value drivers feel less emphasized than OEE. We also rely on workarounds to track total headcount and ensure everyone is assigned to a run for better data quality. How are you getting the most value from Redzone outside of OEE, and have you found better ways to handle labor tracking visibility?
