"Happy to use"
What do you like best about QA Touch?

What I like best about QA Touch is its all-in-one platform that brings test case management, issue tracking, and reporting together in a clean and user-friendly interface. It integrates well with tools like JIRA and GitHub, which helps streamline workflows between QA and development teams. I also appreciate its customizable dashboards and detailed test execution reports, which make it easier to track progress, identify blockers, and communicate status clearly. Overall, QA Touch improves team collaboration and increases testing efficiency without the complexity of traditional QA tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Touch?

While QA Touch is a helpful and user-friendly tool, one area for improvement is its performance with large test suites — sometimes it becomes a bit slow or laggy when managing or executing a high number of test cases. Additionally, the UI can feel slightly limited in terms of layout customization, and certain advanced features like automation integration or detailed filters could be more robust. However, these are manageable issues, and overall, the tool is still effective for most QA workflows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"streamlined our testing workflow at enrich money"
What do you like best about QA Touch?

what i really appreciate about qa touch is how intuitive it feels right from day one. as a product manager at enrich money, i was looking for a testing tool that wouldn't require weeks of training for our team. the interface is clean and doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features.

the test case management is particularly well thought out ,we can organize our test suites in a way that actually makes sense for our fintech products. the real-time collaboration features have been a game changer for our distributed team. our qa engineers in different locations can update test results instantly, and i get notifications about critical bugs without having to constantly check the platform.

integration with jira was surprisingly smooth. we had it up and running in less than an hour, and now our bug tracking flows seamlessly between qa touch and our existing workflow. the reporting dashboard gives me exactly what i need for stakeholder meetings , clear metrics without having to export and manipulate data in excel. What do you dislike about QA Touch?

honestly, there are a few rough edges. the mobile app could use some work ,it's functional but not as polished as the web version. sometimes when we're testing on the go, the interface feels cramped on smaller screens.

the automation integration options are somewhat limited compared to some enterprise solutions we evaluated. while it covers the basics with selenium and jenkins, we'd love to see more native integrations with newer automation frameworks.

pricing can add up quickly as you scale. we started with a small team and the cost was reasonable, but as we've grown, the per-user pricing model has become a significant line item in our testing budget. would appreciate more flexible pricing tiers for growing teams.
