**What do you like best about Pythia for Zendesk?**

I like that it's easy to organize your macros by category and subcategory and that it can be easily cubby-holed in the side of the screen!

**What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?**

Sometimes it does have trouble loading. Other than that, it works well.

**Recommendations to others considering Pythia for Zendesk:**

If you have more than one brand in your umbrella, this is an awesome tool for your support team.

**What problems is Pythia for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is very easily able to view different categories of macros and it works for multiple different brands as well.

**What do you like best about Pythia for Zendesk?**

The app has a nice and user-friendly layout. It is easy to set it up and use, much better than Zendesk macros functionality. Quick buttons are great, reply time can be as short as few seconds long.

**What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?**

It is difficult to find any downsides of Pythia, everything works correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering Pythia for Zendesk:**

I totally recomend using to Pythia to boost the productivity and quality of Support. Just try it and you will never regret.

Problems solved:
-changing language

Im amazed this is not built into Zendesk out of the box as it's so intuitive, functional and without a doubt a necessary feature. We'd have been lost without Pythia!

**What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?**

I wish I had feedback since it's so helpful. I dislike that we had to add this on since it should be something zendesk offers. Insanely appreciative for this app.

Keyword search function made it super easy to use any macros.

**What do you like best about Pythia for Zendesk?**

Pythia is fast and easy to use. It helps us answer in a faster manner so we can work on the tougher issues at hand. Pythin also keeps macros organized and serves as a useful tool in Zendesk.

**What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?**

I cannot think of anything we dislike at this time;)

**What problems is Pythia for Zendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving customer issues and inquiries about supplements that we sell. There are also order issues, shipping problems and other things.
Pythia helps us sovle in a more efficient matter and have time for those harder problems that may take longer than just shooting over a macro.

**What do you like best about Pythia for Zendesk?**

Pythia makes using macros to respond to customers effortless. The most common responses can be saved as quick replies, so tickets can literally be solved in as little as 2 clicks.

**What do you dislike about Pythia for Zendesk?**

The only downside we currently see with Pythia is that it has to be synced in order to offer newly created macros. This is a simple process the user can do themselves (click of one button) and it's on their roadmap to make this an automated feature, so not a huge downfall at all!

**Recommendations to others considering Pythia for Zendesk:**

Pythia has saved our team so much time and made our responses more concise for customers. It is definitely worth a try to see if it can help your support team as well!

Pythia has allowed the support team to quickly respond to the most asked questions allowing extra time to assist other customers and work on other projects that contribute to company goals

We are working with multiple brands and therefore it is important to have all the email and chat templates available only for specific brands. Thanks to Pythia, this is now possible and has increased the agent efficiency 100%!

The team behind Pythia has been helping us to build Pythia for the tool we need it to be, and always are taking our feedback and suggestions into consideration.

Pythia has been an invaluable part of our Customer Happiness. It has helped us in answering our customers more efficiently and be able to focus on other tickets that require more attention. It's very easy to use and set up too! I'd recommend this to anyone using Zendesk who gets a lot of tickets and needs an excellent organizational tool for their macros. Thank you Pythia!

Pythia has massively increased efficiency in a completely intuitive way. Not only is responding to queries easier and quicker, but it's greatly improved the onboarding of new team members getting used to finding the information they need among a large number of macros

So far, nothing! Everything has been smooth and the support from the Pythia team has been second to none.

Pithya seems like our right hand! With Pythia we handle the queries much faster as she knows the answers already and this is awesome. Our clients receive answers faster and are satisfied with the speed while we have more time to handle more complicated issues.
