**What do you like best about PushAssist?**

I have tried all the major vendors in the past, either they provide similar services but on high cost or they completely ignore any communication for support (if free).

I like the features, and their support team who is willing to cross the boundaries of support and lend a helping hand when i need it. Even supported me on Christmas eve! what else i would expect.

**What do you dislike about PushAssist?**

Initially i had few hiccups setting it up later on realized it's more to do with my being not good with technical stuff. Latest updates made installation and configuration even better than before. 

**Recommendations to others considering PushAssist:**

I recommend this product because it has all the features you need, the team is fanatic about support and loves to listen and customize their services to your need.

Pricing is good plus they sometime give additional subscriber and promptly reply within next 15 mins. Never had a major problems or any hiccups in the past. Never bug me by sending stupid emails like they have promised when i signed up. 

**What problems is PushAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am sending push notifications to my customers, visitors and engaging them to visit my site. Automatically sending push notifications from PushAssist wordpress plugin is making it lot easier and things are kind of on an autopilot for me.
