Purplepass is easy to use, has a lot of flexibility and collects all the data we need. We switched from another company looking for a helpful, friendly company that provides an easy user experience.The customer support is beyond excellent especially for those of us who are a little less "tech" oriented. The platform's features for on-site check-ins, including mobile and handheld scanners, are generally seen as efficient and reliable, helping keep lines moving. Some of the dislikes are with the refurbished equipment, printers and scanners not working properly, also, charging issues. There is a bit of a learning curve with Purplepass's back-end interface, however, the customer service team is available 24/7 to assist and has always solved the problem quickly.
