I.e., if I want to request for example December 28-January 3 off, I could only request December 28-31, then on January 1 could make a new request for January 1-3. Kind of annoying that I can't request the whole time off at once. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for me to schedule time off and makes it easy for a manager to track the whole team's time off at once. ### 2. Reports available are comprehensive and meet our needs. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** For our company, there have not been any issues. The first impression was amazing because of their user-friendly interface! Everything was easy to find and easy to learn. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** Nothing dislike so far, but some suggestions for sure. Currently we are using three different platforms to submit day-offs, expenses and input working hours. If Purely HR could combine all those functions together, it would be super helpful! **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think Purely HR provides an effortless way to handle onboarding documents, day-off requests and OT time banking. PurelyHR lets each individual manage their own time, see their balances, and lets managers stay on top of leave balances for their teams. Customer service has also been consistently excellent and friendly. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** Our team would really love for there to be an app version, or for the website to work better on mobile, so that people can input leave when they're away from their computers. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our staff grows, we needed a reliable, consistent way to track leave. We work on an accrual basis and have many options for time off types and accruals, as well as moving time between different categories. Many systems do not offer the flexibility for these services. **What do you dislike about PurelyHR?** The initial setup for Time Off Types can be a bit time-consuming, however this is true in most systems. The team is hopeful in the setup process! Attaching the code somewhere in the app for easy reference is helpful. **What problems is PurelyHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I tried to ask for a day off for personal reasons, I usually emailed the supervisor. Now I could use PurelyHR to ask it, and the app generates the request to send to the supervisor automatally. It saves my time, and I get a response quickly. ### 37.
