**What do you like best about Pulse Insights?**

I love how easy to use the Pulse platform is. I can run unlimited single questions to their user database, then use those insights to better inform content messaging, product roadmap, competitive analysis, etc.

**What do you dislike about Pulse Insights?**

The timeline to run a study with their team is a bit lengthy from start to finish, but I'm sure it will become more efficient over time as our team works more closely with the Pulse team.

**What problems is Pulse Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The IT executive audience can be difficult to reach, given they're bombarded so often for attention. With Pulse, we are able to gather reliable and unbiased responses to better inform our company strategy.

**What do you like best about Pulse Insights?**

I like the customized questions for each industry represented as well as the business that the survey is being completed for.

**What do you dislike about Pulse Insights?**

I dislike the absence of some key demographic information and some questions that could be very relevant to industries. 

**Recommendations to others considering Pulse Insights:**

Give users access to their login information so that they can experiment with the interface early even before the company's individual survey results have been uploaded. Also, if you'd like any categories added, email your team at Pulse so that if there is a review or second survey these items can be included.

**What problems is Pulse Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to relevant market research for our specific company. Benefits include increased advertiser response and engagement.
