**What do you like best about Pulsate Engage?**

The ability to create beacons around local branches. The ability to send out text messages or image text to members. The ability to create geofences or beacons.

**What do you dislike about Pulsate Engage?**

I would like a better reporting system. The reporting system only lets you look at 1, 7, or 30 days. I would like to be able to see year over year reports. Just need a better reporting tool.

**What problems is Pulsate Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?**
