PTO Fox is a time-off tracker for US companies with 5 to 250 people. Pricing is one flat monthly amount by company size, never per person, and every plan includes every feature. Employees can request time off and see their balance, and employees with an email are notified when their request is decided. Supervisors can record time off for people who never log in or have no email, and substitute approvers can be assigned. Each year's allowance is granted up front according to company policy, with first-year proration, carryover, waiting periods and service-based step-ups. A who's-out calendar warns when too many people in one position would be off at once and prints on a single page. PTO Fox also includes approvals, batch entry, a time-off ledger, CSV import and CSV export. Time-off entries cannot be edited or deleted; a correction is a new entry or an adjustment, and a cancellation stays in the ledger, struck through, with who did it, when and why. Every action is recorded in an audit trail that cannot be changed. Sign-in uses an emailed code or a password, and no Microsoft or Google account is needed. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
