**What do you like best about PTC SKD?**

I liked most, that platform is very easy to use and it will not take a long time till I learn how perfectly use every component of the program. It am going to reccommend to all my friends

**What do you dislike about PTC SKD?**

I think will be more appropriate if you put more advertisements on social networks, so many people just do not listen to your products. As per my opinion social networks good tools for adverstiment

The PTC Service Knowledge and Diagnostics solution features connected interactive diagnostics that automates issue diagnostics and enables remote diagnostics

High quality output, precision results, useful in modular pump system

**What do you dislike about PTC SKD?**

Nothing so far. If software could consume less system power then it will be great

**What problems is PTC SKD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PTC Skid helped to solve modeling problem very smoothly, surface etc. It is very good for small and mid level companies effectively

**What do you like best about PTC SKD?**

It helps to diagnose issues related to products which are automated remotely. The resolution time gets saved coz of the remote feature.

Limited approach or way through which we can diagnose the connected products .

**What problems is PTC SKD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve inefficient and uncoordinated issues remotely . Service call and dispatch avoidance has been increased.

Sometimes the server is slow so it gets hard to connect to knowledgebase .

Field service enabled dealers to contribute problem solutions . Building knowledge and automating diagnostic are helping improve outcomes as it lowers cost.
