**What do you like best about PsychConsult Provider?**

Navigation is simple.  It's easy to find the forms you need.

**What do you dislike about PsychConsult Provider?**

The company that created it is no longer updating the software.  It's an installed software so it can only be used on specific computers, which limits its versatility.  There was a limited number of licenses, so not all the users at my organization who needed it could log on at the same time.  There was often a lag when using the software and the layout looks outdated.  The medication administration module in particular was not user-friendly.  There is no capability to run reports or aggregate data.  I am glad that my organization switched to a better EHR.

Look elsewhere for a more modern EHR.

PsychConsult Provider helped meet basic needs such as billing, documentation of client progress, and fulfill regulatory requirements.

Relevant, easy to use, its current with current DSM V code usage

Like to see more instructional videos with model simulation exercises for hands on applicability

Ease of use which helps me stay connected to relevant psychotherapy issues and concerns

Overall, it is very easy to create entries and to create billing transactions.

**What do you dislike about PsychConsult Provider?**

Very outdated, spell check does not work and multiple steps are required to actually submit notes and billing transactions.

**Recommendations to others considering PsychConsult Provider:**

Make sure to spell check in word prior to submitting notes

**What problems is PsychConsult Provider solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it is used for billing however may be phasing our due to lack of updates.
