**What do you like best about ProteusEngage?**

The ability to record short videos, keep track of the progress with the relationships, share whats been done with additions to the workspace, and have one central hub for all information/documents/chats. I really enjoy the integration with HubSpot. It easily builds the workspaces with the click of a button and allows me to track any progress within the app.

Regular checkins with my account rep for new ideas and tips is a great offering from Proteus.

**What do you dislike about ProteusEngage?**

That I'm not using it more. Also, I would like to see it in an app at some point and may increase the usage.

**Recommendations to others considering ProteusEngage:**

My clients have loved this. They have a single point to store all information, can easily share access and information with other stakeholders, and makes a great first, second, third ... impression.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a warm entry into a conversation/relationship. If I can show a short video of myself before I meet someone, it expedites the engagement once in person or on Zoom as if it's not the first time you meet someone. It also prolongs the engagement with a followup post/note/video. Additionally, it separates from emails for information in one, clean storage file/area/portal.

**What do you like best about ProteusEngage?**

For complex business to business sales, I have found Proteus Engage as really helpful software. It has helped me in creating a link between a sales representative and a buying group In B2B sales long-term relationship was what I was looking for and Proteus Engage facilitated me in creating such a relationship with my clients making the complex business deals quite simple. It helped in imparting training to my other team members .Above all I admired its sensitive content hidden part. It is a diverse software and it very easily got mixed up according to our business requirements.

**What do you dislike about ProteusEngage?**

The way and step to follow to get a login into it to check inbox is very something I found really annoying and extra as well.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The whole working of Proteus engage is very good and useful. It has helped me a lot by converting our complex business deals into something very convenient. I like its all features from tracking to representing our products to our clients. Its speed, efficiency, and pricing are all very good. It has also helped us in presenting our content to our clients individually and consistently, thus leaving a good impression on the minds of our clients.

**What do you like best about ProteusEngage?**

I love how prospects can easily send a link to other members of their team.  The result is customers help to identify the people in an organization who need to be involved in decisions.  Additionally, as new members join the discussion, they can get caught up with previous communications, keeping everyone current.

**What do you dislike about ProteusEngage?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Proteus.  As with any tool, the more you use it the more value it creates.  I don't think I would be using it as much if I didn't have some help.  We have a marketing person on our team who supports the sales team by uploading content and continues to send info to customers.  We also have a weekly meeting with the ProteusEngage team which has been a big help.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProteusEngage is keeping out team consistently communicating with prospects and key customers.    It is easy for us to not only share ideas across our team, but more importantly implement those ideas.  A couple of weeks ago, one member of the sales team said he wanted to send out a story to his customers.  We all decided that was a good idea and there was really no extra work to do it for everyone.  I had a prospect that I was worried had gone quiet.  They reached out immediately to let me know they liked that I was keeping in touch and they hadn't forgot about me either.  Phew, I could quit worrying.  :->

**What do you like best about ProteusEngage?**

Using ProteusEngage has made my life easy by making enhancing my business to business (B2B) sales experience. It has helped me in creating a long-term and trustworthy relation in this buying-selling process with my clients. I really admire its ability to get fit in in almost all kinds of industries. By customizing it I transformed it all into what I needed keeping in view my business demands. It also proved itself in a way that it showed and present consistent and authentic content for my clients and made it easy to track when my clients engaged.

**What do you dislike about ProteusEngage?**

According to me, it can be made a bit better by advancing and bettering its functionality By adding a hovering invite button in it and along with few other features as well.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really admire the whole functioning of the ProteusEngage and it has made communication with clients so easy and personal in a way that I didn’t even realize that I am not having a one on one conversation with my potential clients. Secondly, It has given a boost to my business and I think it is the best platform to enhance buyer enablement. It has aided my team too to make strong and effective communication with clients.

In a cluttered marketplace of vendors, its critical to stand out above the rest. ProteusEngage elevates the buying experience and leaves a lasting impression on our prospects, helping us distance ourselves from other vendors being evaluated.

Hard to find any dislikes. The ProteusEnage team continues to build new features and identifies needs of their clients before we can realize them ourselves.

Don't think twice. ProteusEngage will absolutely help your sales teams close more deals and shorten the sales cycle.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProteusEngage has been critical in our success managing an account based sales process. Our sales process often involves a key stakeholder as well as a broader team of decision makers. ProteusEngage allows us to "pitch" our value proposition to everyone involved in the process instead of relying on a single person to do the "selling for us".

I love the flexibility of our content at the ready for posting, the flexibility of doing a short video to personalize the message and the ease that I can post, change and keep my prospects and clients updated.

The learning curve was a little steep for me because there are different ways to get the same post accomplished. However, this is a strength too.....it just took me awhile to get efficient at the process.

No problems to be solved via Proteus, the benefits have been to set ourselves apart from other companies, personalzing the "touches", feeding into my strength of talking (with the vides), rather than writing, and Ultimately staying Top of Mind with prospects and clients and keeping them up to date on our services.

It creates an amazing communication experience that is clean and simple for my clients. I am able to share information with them that is easy to access, review, and respond to, helping ensure we are always on the same page and driving their success.

While I get emails every time someone logs in, it is still great to see the engagement happen in real time.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized communication hub for working with my clients and sharing information in a simple and impactful manner. They are able to review information before our meetings, and after helping them stay on task, on target, and in line with their vision for success.

**What do you like best about ProteusEngage?**

Connecting with our enterprise customers and prospects through Proteus enables our sales team to share product information, case studies, videos, proposals, etc — all within one integrated environment. No more finding and forwarding emails, or losing track of information during turnover at our partner companies! With ProteusEngage, everything is one spot, easily accessible to new team members as they are invited to join in the conversation. We like the transparency and accountability we get by having a record of all information shared with a customer, presented in a professional and user-friendly platform such as ProteusEngage. It's a win-win for Trimble and our partners.

**What do you dislike about ProteusEngage?**

Double entry of regular docs and inline docs.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved: 
1 -- Communication drop-off. Now, our marketing team can share bulk messages with all workspaces on behalf of the key account rep, streamlining the process and keeping partners engaged.
2 — Version confusion. Now, all of our marketing collateral is available to the team via Proteus, so there aren't old versions of outdated content being shared by team members.

Ease of use as well as the customer service team has been great. The platform allows me to stay engaged with our prospects and reminds me when I forget.

nothing to date! Service has been exceptional and the platform has been great.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProteusEngage allows me to quickly and efficiently provide my prospective clients with the information pertinent to them that used to take me at least 3x as long to put together. It also assists me with follow-ups and reminders. The ability to see what m clients are looking at gives me the clarity of how they are interacting with the information provided!

I haven't had anything that I have encountered that I dislike about ProteusEngage. Any questions or concerns that have been brought up are either something that has been answered quickly or is something they are working on.

**What problems is ProteusEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving that communication gap that we have with current clients. I know our environment is unique to what Proteus does for their clients but it definitely assists with that professional communication barrier that we have with rapid changes and knowledge transfer to our clients.

Proteus is a great way to communicate with client and prospects.  The workspace offers multiple avenues in which you can distribute communication ie, text, video, newsletters.

This  product has been good to use and i am happy with it.
