**What do you like best about Protelo, Inc.?**

I really like their responsiveness, presence, and willingness to train us how to self-perform.

**What do you dislike about Protelo, Inc.?**

Sometimes intention can get lost when communicating with developers. i wish that communication on development need was always crystal clear. Even though I dislike this, Protelo has been way better than other platforms in this area.

**Recommendations to others considering Protelo, Inc.:**

Protelo is a great partner when working within NetSuite. If you are on the fence, see if they can get you time to speak with another customer in a similar field to get personal experience on the impact Protelo has had since they have been involved.

**What problems is Protelo, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protelo, Inc. is helping us to acclimate to the NetSuite ERP. We have reviewed various topics from creating a custom Rental process to refining our Manufacturing process.
