We use it for all aspects of tracking inventory, from service to returns and shipments. **What do you like best about Advaiya?** How much data you can quickly get out of Netsuite. They have built reports to get the primary data out, but you can also create your reports. If it's in Netsuite you can export it out. **What do you dislike about Advaiya?** The one downside is that some of the functions require you to have a developer on staff or hire a 3rd party company to complete the workflows you need. **What problems is Advaiya solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved inventory loss by using Netsuite.
