**What do you like best about Prosper?**

The way I interfaced with Prosper was mainly on the reporting side. I can say that the data presented was more than enough to determine Prosper was effective and worth the price.

**What do you dislike about Prosper?**

Sometimes the reports would include fields that were not relevant and it took some playing around with to finally get them removed.  Other than that no complaints.

**What problems is Prosper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prosper allowed our sales team to present the opportunity to clients to refer new business throughout the entire loan process.  Even with no incentivization to refer, we got a steady stream of friends and family as potential leads.

Easy to use and has great customer support. The number of features is great and it makes borrowing easier.

The financial side of things can be confusing and some things are not clear.

Prosper helps us and our clients become more educated about finances.
