All proposal-related documents, customer uploads, RFP and RFI attachments, AI-generated drafts, are organized by customer, proposal, and document type. Documents can be previewed, downloaded, and managed from a central hub. ProposalApp tracks customer relationships and links proposals to specific clients. The pipeline view shows all active proposals by status, giving teams a clear picture of BD activity across the organization. Multiple team members can collaborate on proposals inside shared workspaces, with access to customers, proposals, and documents.
