One place to manage our government contracting operations. The daily recommendations have been at least 90% accurate for us, and our capture process is now largely on autopilot. The Journey Hub keeps the whole team organized and helps make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What problems is SamSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to miss few state and local contracts because of how many sources we were tracking and the filtering isn't the best. With the AI recommendations that problem is non exitent anymore. We also used to use many software tools and get like 20 daily email alerts, and most things were irrelevant to us. I especially appreciate the ability to quickly access solicitation documents, which helps my team determine whether an opportunity is a good fit and begin preparing high-quality, competitive proposals. I use SamSearch to find opportunities for my clients, and it helps me find opportunities very quickly with its AI function. It's very, very effective and saves me a ton of time. It's very easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. It's the lowest price for what you get in the industry, which is huge for me. I would normally be paying probably five to six times more for the functions it offers. The ease of use is great, and I don't have to worry about missing opportunities because it finds them for me. I've tried other tools and free government tools, and nothing compares. Meeting with the cofounder showed me how to do everything within the platform, saving me the hassle of using multiple tools. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the team is very innovative, constantly updating based on customer needs. As a consultant, I use this for a number of clients. Initially it didn't have the ability to save multiple profiles for each of my clients, I don't need this to use the tool effectively, but now that I can do this, it is much more convenient and a huge time saver. We were using govwin for discovery, ChatGPT for analysis, and Excel to track everything. It worked, but it was slow and limited SamSearch replaced all of it. No caps on searches, no caps on AI summaries, no caps on proposal generation, just unlimited. That alone was worth switching. The daily recommendations are actually relevant. It reads our company profile and tells us why each contract fits, not just that it does. The bid/no-bid reasoning is built in, which saves us from downloading docs and pasting into ChatGPT just to figure out if something is worth pursuing. We run two separate product lines and SamSearch lets us set up distinct profiles for each - separate recommendations, separate Journey Hubs, separate deal criteria. Once you submit, you're waiting on the government to notify you externally. The Kanban board handles the pipeline well but the award side is a gap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SamSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? We were spending hours every week just on discovery and qualification. Download the doc, paste it into ChatGPT, figure out if it's worth pursuing, track it in Excel. Repeat 20 times. Now that whole loop happens inside one tool. We find the contract, Sammy tells us if it fits, we start a journey, and the proposal draft is waiting for us once we upload our documents. We save a lot of time. Specially with how vast the coverage is, literally all government contracts are tracked here. One of the biggest problems being solved as well is the two-profile setup means our two product lines aren't stepping on each other. Each team sees their own feed, their own pipeline, their own AI output. The main area that could be improved is deeper opportunity qualification. While the matching is useful, surfacing key bid/no-bid factors such as eligibility, local presence requirements, contract value, mandatory experience, certifications, and other potential deal breakers earlier would make it much easier to identify which opportunities are genuinely worth pursuing. SamSearch is the easiest solution I've found for actually finding relevant federal and state contract opportunities without fighting the interface. The search is the biggest thing for me: I can describe what I'm looking for in plain language and get results that make sense, instead of guessing at the right NAICS/PSC combination the way I have to on SAM.gov. The UI is very clean and modern, so I can find everything about an opportunity in one screen vs. clicking through 10 tabs to get to an attachment. Saved searches and alerts are also huge - I don't need to rerun the same queries every morning, which saves so much time. Opportunities can come to me via email, and their AI does a great job of summarizing listings and finding ones that are relevant to me. That in itself provides me so much value, and the cherry on top is the visibility into billions of dollars in active federal and state contract value that I'd otherwise be sifting for manually or paying a consultant to track. I personally have seen a huge ROI in my usage of SamSearch and it makes it so worth it. Shoutout as well to the support team; it seems like they're online 24/7! Saved searches on our NAICS codes feed me notices that are actually relevant. No more three SAM.gov tabs and a spreadsheet. The summaries tell me in half a minute whether the full RFP is worth opening. Forecast data lets us call the program office early. The draft tool handles the first pass. I find SamSearch incredibly helpful for government contracting, from finding, forecasting opportunities, and recompetes, giving us an edge by accessing pre-public solicitations up to 12 months in advance. Analyzing opportunities is really easy, and having internal prompts saved speeds up our bid/no-bid decisions. I love that everything is in one place, and the Sammy AI assists by listing tasks from our journey hub, which is like a CRM. It's great at generating reports for senior roles on our pipeline's progress, ensuring compliance metrics, and significantly improving proposal writing using past documents and awards. We've won several contracts due to the quality of our proposals now. I also appreciate how it helps in finding subcontractors, crucial as we operate as a prime contractor. The usability and navigation are straightforward, and the team support is superb, having developed features upon our requests. SamSearch efficiently brings everything together, saving us a lot of time by narrowing potential contracts in the morning automatically, so we only review the ones that are a good fit for us.
