BidPrime has been a very helpful tool for sourcing RFP opportunities by bringing solicitations from multiple sources into one place, which saves us a significant amount of time. We consistently find relevant opportunities that align with our services, and it has become a reliable part of our regular business development process. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** At times, the AI doesn’t surface or sort opportunities as accurately as we’d expect, so we end up doing a bit of extra manual searching. Even so, it’s a relatively minor drawback when weighed against the overall value the platform provides. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** BidPrime helps address the challenge of finding and tracking relevant RFP opportunities across many procurement sites and jurisdictions. Rather than manually searching through multiple portals, the platform centralizes opportunities and makes it much easier to spot bids that align with our services. Jared has been especially helpful in partnering with us to adjust and refine our search criteria and prompts, so we receive more targeted, relevant results. As a result, our efficiency has improved significantly, we’ve saved time, and we can focus more on responding to opportunities instead of spending so much time searching for them. ### 2. BidPrime updates the leads in my account throughout the day which gets me the leads sooner than the other sites. Whenever I'm unable to obtain the bid documents, customer service has gotten them for me promptly. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** The filter options for what leads I want to see in certain business sectors is confusing. I wish there was a for chart for how to define define it better. Customer Service has just been doing it for me, which has been helpful. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help me acquire bid documents for free from sites that I would normally have to pay for. ### 6. I also like how easy it is to request bid documents from BidPrime with the click of a button if they aren't available. With most other companies, you have to email the details of the bid you are requesting documents for. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** Sometimes we get a lot of extra notifications for bids that aren't even close to what we are interested in. We have tried updating our keywords to eliminate the extra notifications and emails, but it never seems to help very much. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do like the recent changes to the layout of the program, which makes it easier to see all of the available attachments for each bid and search for bids. This change ensures we see all of the required documents, which is very important in the procurement process. ### 8. They charged me $749 last year and then this auto renew happened and they charged me over $812. The worst thing is that they give you no option for you to disable auto renew, you have to call and leave a message. Then if you cancel 10 days out from that date, they still charge you 10%. Yea, seriously. That's buried in the terms of service- you know, the terms of service everyone reads. So ask yourself, does that sound like an honest company who is confident in their product or does it sound like a company trying to get every penny dishonesty from you? Most of these services provide a large volume of RFPs that have nothing to do with the niche areas of work that I do. BidPrime is different as their service targets the types of projects I bid on. I don't get more leads in numbers, but I get more relevant leads with BidPrime. With BidPrime, I don't have to rummage through countless irrelevant emails. While I don't pursue every bid they send my way, nearly all of the bid opportunities I receive from them are directly relevant to my work. BidPrime can also locate RFPs at no additional charge that I would typically have to pay extra to receive. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** I don't have any dislikes with their services. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to spend excessive revenue to receive information on bid opportunities. I also do not have to wade through irrelevant RFPs. ### 10. It would also be helpful to create categories for better organization on the account homepage. The customer services department is always available and helpful if I have any questions about the account or with assistance getting updates on documents when the agency doesn't publish them in public. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** I wish more documents were available up front without having to request, but then again about 2/3 of the time they are already there to download without needing to click the button. The wait time is about 2-4 hours in the cases where they aren't already in their system. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don't have to search for government RFPs anymore. Especially ones that are smaller agencies, which we don't see on state portals or anywhere else. This gives our company a lot more time to respond to RFPs. With BidPrime we ot substantially more leads too, so even though we cut our research and development time, we are kept pretty busy with the number of leads captured in their solution. ### 13. Bid Prime is my one-stop shop now. **What do you dislike about BidPrime?** I've found that there is often a 1-day delay between an RFP being released and Bid Prime having it in their search reports, but in the grand scheme of things, this is not of great concern. **What problems is BidPrime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bid Prime negates the need for subscriptions to multiple RFP programs, which for a small business, can become costly. ### 15.
