BidPrime only sends 2 emails a day and I get numerous emails a day from my other bids sites which is very time consuming. BidPrime updates the leads in my account throughout the day which gets me the leads sooner than the other sites. I like how BidPrime makes it so easy to access bid documents and how the links and documents are often posted in the notification emails for easy and quick access. I also like how easy it is to request bid documents from BidPrime with the click of a button if they aren't available. Sometimes we get a lot of extra notifications for bids that aren't even close to what we are interested in. We have tried updating our keywords to eliminate the extra notifications and emails, but it never seems to help very much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The rates to get bidprime seem to be made up on the spot. They charged me $749 last year and then this auto renew happened and they charged me over $812.

The worst thing is that they give you no option for you to disable auto renew, you have to call and leave a message. Then if you cancel 10 days out from that date, they still charge you 10%. Yea, seriously. That's buried in the terms of service- you know, the terms of service everyone reads.

So ask yourself, does that sound like an honest company who is confident in their product or does it sound like a company trying to get every penny dishonesty from you? You decide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have subscribed to many RFP services over the years. Most of these services provide a large volume of RFPs that have nothing to do with the niche areas of work that I do. BidPrime is different as their service targets the types of projects I bid on. I don't get more leads in numbers, but I get more relevant leads with BidPrime. With BidPrime, I don't have to rummage through countless irrelevant emails. While I don't pursue every bid they send my way, nearly all of the bid opportunities I receive from them are directly relevant to my work.
