My favorite part about Procurement Sciences is that it goes far beyond my daily project management responsibilities. I’m able to use it across all aspects of my role — from contract administration and compliance checks to reviewing clauses and requirements. It truly streamlines my workload. What used to take 12-hour days can now be accomplished within a normal 8-hour day — and I can even take a lunch break.

Their customer service team is bar none the best! Sometimes I am not sure what I am asking for so I call my customer success manager and she walks me through it and we create assistants and prompts together. They have reduced my time spent on reviewing resumes down by at least 90 percent. What we wrote uses all of our job descriptions and reviews the resume and tells me what role the candidate would be best for. It doesn’t replace my review but rather shortens it greatly! I’m still learning everything the Awarded AI platform can do, but it’s already made a big impact for us. The training is easy to follow, so you never feel stuck, and the support team is honestly one of the best parts. Awarded.AI doesn’t support every media type—for example, zip archives or raw images. Some of my workflows require a conversion step - generally exporting documents into PDF or Word before ingestion. This extra step can add a bit of time when dealing with mixed-format data sets. BUT once the files are in a supported format, the tool handles them reliably. I use AwardAI for almost everything as a General Manager. I use it for all types of reports and white papers, 100% for my Business Development efforts from Capture to full proposal development. I use it to review all of my proposals, develop compliance matrices and for general research to include salary surveys. I use it for most everything in my daily work. It honestly saves us a ton of time. We review hundreds of federal solicitations, RFIs, and RFPs, and this tool helps us quickly search, summarize, and extract the key information without having to read every page manually. The content generation is great for drafting and refining proposal language. It’s easy to use, the interface is straightforward, and I like being able to switch between different AI models depending on what I’m working on. Like any AI tool, you still need to review the outputs to make sure everything is accurate, especially for compliance-heavy government work.
