Property Matrix is web-based so it is easy to take it on the go or access it virtually from anywhere. There are many ways that Property Matrix makes process leases and payments a breeze. There is also automated built in document signing, automated email and text to new tenants to sign up Property Matrix tenant portal. The tenant portal makes it very easy for tenant to view and sign documents, make payments and upload maintenance requests along with pictures. There are many positive features to mention here. In the case of Property Matrix, it is web-based so if their server is down things can run a little slowly or no access at all.
