They don’t refund you, even if you don’t use the service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) This reviewer's identity has been verified by our review moderation team. They have asked not to show their name, job title, or picture. **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025 **What do you like best about Promind AI?** I found this service not relevant for my business **What do you dislike about Promind AI?** I didn’t use the service, but they charged me $99 three months in a row. When I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund of the last payment, they declined. We had a 10-email-long discussion about Australian law and their terms of use (they don’t give refunds at all). So, I don’t recommend starting a trial! **What problems is Promind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried to boost visibility of my company in ChatGPT and Perplexity by thy only do monitoring. They cannot help you to grow ### 2. An Inspiring Spark for Content Creation **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Vivian A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account **Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. It assists me in molding the content themes, exploring the writing models, and even creating the basic code samples. It undoubtedly a useful tool when I have a writer's block or I want to unleash my creative boom. **What do you dislike about Promind AI?** What is more disappointing for me is ProMind AI's error prone traits that emerge from time to time. Pay attention to whether you can agree with its information output, especially for technical terms or topics that require experience. Also, the products may become too distorted and imprecise since human penmanship can add a certain depth and subtlety in that regard. **What problems is Promind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProMind AI is now a crucial gadget in my arsenal of content creation. The AI powered platform reduces my workload by preparing initial ideas and statements so I can focus on developing the content and adding my own expertise. Additionally, it enables me to blaze different creative ways and gain knowledge of various writing styles, which in turn immensely improves the overall quality of the content that I produce. ### 3. Lots of prompts, no output? **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Allen E. | President/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user. **Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn **Incentivized:** This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review. **Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Promind AI?** The interface has a lot of prompts. I am using it to write blog articles and it does ask for clarification of what you are looking for before giving you a final output which is nice - it helps to clarify everything beforehand instead of afterwards. **What do you dislike about Promind AI?** The blogs that it produced are more like content outlines. It provides several headers and two bullet points under each one that you then need to flesh out and continue writing. There is no tutorial on how to use the software. It comes with many engines but they all seemed to be the same for me. **What problems is Promind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm looking for a solution to help create sales letters and write blog articles - [View Promind AI pricing details and edition comparison](https://www.g2.com/products/promind-ai/reviews?section=pricing&secure%5Bexpires_at%5D=2026-10-01+07%3A59%3A56+-0500&secure%5Bsession_id%5D=ad0907ac-1446-4c1d-95f7-d51f7a25d3fc&secure%5Btoken%5D=b773c84f7b26292c4ffbe902bbdfbf9901539a96ac19cb7593fa87e9e6faee18&format=llm_user) ## Promind AI Features **Additional Functionality** - Tagging - Natural Language Processing - Data Extraction - Multi-Language - Predictive Analytics - Drag & Drop - Speech Recognition - Reporting/Analytics - Data Storage Management - Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) - AI Copilot - Customer Segmentation - Collaboration Tools - Data Import/Export - Generative AI - For eCommerce - Role-Based Permissions - Customizable Branding - Search/Filter - Monitoring - Document Management - API - Data Visualization - Trend Analysis - Machine Learning - Access Controls/Permissions - Alerts/Escalation - Performance Metrics - Real-Time Data - Third-Party Integrations - Mobile App - Multiple Data Sources - For Sales Teams/Organizations - Sentiment Analysis - Activity Dashboard - Chatbot - Workflow Automation **Grammar** - Grammar Check - Tone Check - Sentence Formatting - Spell Check **Formatting** - Plagiarism Check - Style Editor - Citation Finder - Rich Text Editor **Content ** - Content Ideas - Content Generation - Form Generation **Product Type** - Standalone Application - Plugin **Generative AI** - AI Text Generation - AI Text Summarization - Generative AI **Additional Functionality** - Revision History - Assisted Content Creation - Collaboration Tools - Templates - Search - Tone Selection - Multi-Language - Tagging - Autocomplete - Document Export - Dictionary/Thesaurus - Snippets - AI Copilot - Third-Party Integrations - Reporting/Analytics - Workflow Management - Customizable Templates - Customizable Rules - API - Autocorrect - Natural Language Processing - Language Detection - Keyword Research Tools - Plagiarism Detection - Text Editing - Auto-Save - Brand Guidelines ## Top Promind AI Alternatives - [Zoom Workplace](https://www.g2.com/products/zoom-workplace/reviews) - 4.5/5.0 (53,606 reviews) - [ClickUp](https://www.g2.com/products/clickup/reviews) - 4.6/5.0 (13,732 reviews) - [Grammarly](https://www.g2.com/products/grammarly/reviews) - 4.7/5.0 (12,230 reviews)
