When I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund of the last payment, they declined. We had a 10-email-long discussion about Australian law and their terms of use (they don’t give refunds at all). So, I don’t recommend starting a trial! **What problems is Promind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tried to boost visibility of my company in ChatGPT and Perplexity by thy only do monitoring. It assists me in molding the content themes, exploring the writing models, and even creating the basic code samples. It undoubtedly a useful tool when I have a writer's block or I want to unleash my creative boom. **What do you dislike about Promind AI?** What is more disappointing for me is ProMind AI's error prone traits that emerge from time to time. Pay attention to whether you can agree with its information output, especially for technical terms or topics that require experience. Also, the products may become too distorted and imprecise since human penmanship can add a certain depth and subtlety in that regard. **What problems is Promind AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProMind AI is now a crucial gadget in my arsenal of content creation. The AI powered platform reduces my workload by preparing initial ideas and statements so I can focus on developing the content and adding my own expertise. I am using it to write blog articles and it does ask for clarification of what you are lookingfor before giving you a final output which is nioce -it helps to clarify everything before hand instead of afterwards. **What do you dislike about Promind AI?** The blogs that it produced are more like content outlines. It provides several headers and two bullet point under each one that you then needs to flesh out and continue writing. There is no tutorial on how to use the software.
