"Worst remote testing platform ever"

What do you like best about Prometric?

Nothing. This was the most buggy, glitchy technology service that I have ever been directed to use on purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prometric?

Everything! Customer service was abysmal. It seems like they outsource everything to foreign countries to random civilians that have no knowledge of the test that they’re administrating or the way the software works. I can’t believe that there are reputable federal associations that are utilizing the stool to administer tests. It’s a joke. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
