**What do you like best about Product Development Outsourcing?**

As mentioned above:
-Great integration (can weave in other programs through their platform dashboard)
-Excellent customer database with detailed information
-AI customer service assistance for small problems
-Very user-friendly platform
-Anyone on the team can see a customer's background, history, and preferences with a glance

**What do you dislike about Product Development Outsourcing?**

-It is expensive! While helpful, Softsquare isn't cheap, so it might be worth considering other options if the price tag is too much for smaller businesses. Considering the number of alumni we have, the volume alone made it worth it for us.

**What problems is Product Development Outsourcing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softsquare is a pretty decent analytics tool that helps our establishment with alumni relations and donation driving. Softsquare specializes in creating a wholistic view of customers so anyone calling, whether it be an agent or one of our volunteers, they are able to get an accurate picture of where the customer is at and what they need to get them to make donations to the program. It's pretty useful, and the integration features are limitless. It really helps everyone get on the same page.
