"Less expensive less reliable "

What do you like best?

The cost is the best feature of the Pro Health. It does organize scheduling and patients account. The reports are easy to run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It stops working at times for no reason. The main concern is canceling or opening an account, the record would be locked. Not sure why but sometimes will become open later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Have to use history to store information about patients cancellations. History is one of the main communication for office billing. Wish it could improve to include reasons o reports can be run of cancellations, reasons for cancellations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
