## Priority Matrix Reviews
  ### 1. It is the only tools for which I gave up my paper records. It simply works. For me. For my team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Volker E. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

I used paper lists for years, tried a lot of apps, none worked for me. until I started with Priority Matrix. First, did it for my own, then in my team of 10, now, after changing from a fortune 100 company into a small association supporting schools in Tanzania: Works as well, with members scattered round the globe.
PM Makes it very clear: Who has to do what by when. Plus: The "notes" section together with "precent complete" allows all participants to see crystal clear: "has the homework done already, or is the action owner at least working on it". No excuses. Plain information.
The 4 quadrants are working well for the "Eisenhower matrix principle"; but can be used differently as well.
All in all: A backbone if you like to get things done in your team.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

none that I can think of at the moment... Well, it always could be cheaper, but - it's worth the money

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a group of very different people round the globe: Project Managers, IT teachers, principals of vocational schools in Tanzania, treasurers etc. It was a wild goose chase to make them getting their tasks done. Now they all know that they have no more excuses

  ### 2. Cluttered work life and too many tasks? This program is for you.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan S. | Vessel IT Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

The ability to prioritize tasks in a way that makes sense for me.I also rally like the web interface and the mobile app.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

The clunkiness of the desktop app, and the ways the notes feature works

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This allows me to share my top priorities with my Boss and allows him to add, comment and edit mine whenever he need to.

  ### 3. Full-featured project management software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaneesa A. | Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

It provides insight into collaborative projects and helps teams in keeping track of moving parts of group initiatives. It enables you to manage responsibilities and be more productive. It helps you get the tasks done within a specific period. It offers great flexibility and personalization. Its integration with Outlook is great. The customer support is excellent and every query is actioned promptly. It fits seamlessly into existing infrastructures and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

One dark side is that it is a bit costly to add members. It would be nice if it makes it low-priced to add members. Also, it needs to sweeten up some elements of the user interface. It is quite hard to use for newbies because it has a steep learning curve. It is a bit costly for smaller enterprises. Small companies can’t afford it. It lacks an online version.

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to email detailed reports and helps you align business goals and initiatives with business objectives. It allows you to personalize the user experience to match appropriately what you need to be productive and organized. With the help of a priority matrix, everyone can develop a to-do application that makes projects because it is tiered with expectations. Its integration with Google is excellent. In simple words, it is the final destination for an efficient project manager. It allows you to break the entire stuff into proper location to focus on every project and task and thus, helps you stay focused.

  ### 4. The experiment from I calendar to Priority Matrix is working!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat M. | Senior Pastor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

2 years ago I was not satisfied with what I knew on the Eisenhower Matrix and applying it to my I Cal. I saw Pri. Mat. online, and decided to give it a shot. I was also considering expanding to business class, provided I could master the switch as a solo first. After year 1 I decided that $12 a month was worth the benefit, and now mid-way in year 2, I am strongly considering the business subscription as my need to multi-task in on the rise. My biggest obstacle has to do with actually taking the time to actually view the tutorial or read instructions as that option seems more of a final than a first measure. I'm pleased to report that the on-line expertise provided by Pri- mat. to assist me has been prompt, personal, and very congenial! I highly reccomend Pri. Mat. to any needing to increase efficiency and effectiveness due to responsibilities which require more than a simple calendar.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

The only dislike I had had to do with me not making time to view the tutorial and trying to figure nuances out without consulting anyone.

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my need for multi-tasking has increased exponentially, and my organizational capabilities have increased, and my life-pace has not been as hurried.

  ### 5. Great way to manage tasks and projects for clients involved with business excellence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Senior Consultant | MBB, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

Using Priority Matrix has allowed me to be more productive and get the right things done on time! I specifically like the customization and flexibility offered by PM. Since I work with a diverse group of clients many have adopted a similar approach and have their own categories of prioritization - PM allows me to adopt a client's method with ease adding a customer-centric approach to my work.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

I am a relatively new user to PM, so I do not have any strong dislikes. As I begin to fully leverage the capabilities I expect to find opportunities for improvement. Based on my interactions with the PM team I'm confident they will listen and carefully determine improvements that will best suit users.

**Recommendations to others considering Priority Matrix:**

Consider using with others in your team so you can maximize the benefits.

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have multiple users to add actions/ideas provides me with a great tool that enables visibility and transparency of tasks that are critical to getting the right things done and successfully complete a project. The ease of access and multiple platform architecture provides a "no excuse" approach to ensure usage and accountability.

  ### 6. Excellent integrations with Outlook and Microsoft Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

The integration with Outlook is excellent. I like turning incoming emails into Priority Matrix tasks with a couple of clicks, and later being able to refer to the original email. Also, I can manage all my tasks on Microsoft Teams, along with my colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

I would like to see a more complete integration with Power Automate.

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to organize my team's work so that we can focus on the tasks that will give us the most impact. We have too many tasks to choose from, but actually not all need to be done.

  ### 7. Great Eisenhower Matrix implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren H. | Business Analysis / Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

Seamless syncing across platforms, calendar integration, master lists and filters across projects.
Support is fantastic - one on one training included and all queries actioned promptly. Staff willing to help with integrations, API's and ways to fit the tool into existing workflows and frameworks.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

Some features reserved for the business version which is marketed at teams and company collaboration. Would be nice to see a fully featured "stand alone" version offered as a subscription option

**Recommendations to others considering Priority Matrix:**

If you work with Eisenhower Matrix's and understand the quadrant approach, this is by far the best tool on the market for this framework. If you're not familiar with Eisenhower Matrix's, read the Stephen Covey international best seller - "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and take your time and task management to the next level !

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Represents work by importance and urgency across all projects rather than just mindless task lists. Keeps projects and related tasks and notes together in the project, but allows a higher level view of all important tasks. Scheduling and calendar integration encourages progress to get on with the important tasks

  ### 8. A good problem solving project planning tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arne W. | Lærer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

The Gannt diagram combined with the possibility to move around the tasks according to its importance in the master view plan is working very well. The numerous platforms the program can be shown and used on makes it flexible.

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

So far I have just looked at the potential. I have to use it for a longer period to be critical about the program

**Recommendations to others considering Priority Matrix:**

It is to early for me to say yet

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying the program on af class of students in general upper secondary school in Denmark. I am hoping to bring the students project planning skills up to a higher level.

  ### 9. Support Has Always Followed Up and Been Professional

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted Y. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

The program is a serious/professional to do / project list that works well on your phone.
Appfluence continues to invest in improvements for Priority Matrix, I have been with them I think 6+ years
Also works well with Stephen Covey's 7 habits of highly effective people

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

After writing a task on the iphone app. it takes to clicks of done to get back out, complete

**Recommendations to others considering Priority Matrix:**

it is simple but sophisticated, it has it's own personality like most software does

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For business, This is my to do list which I can keep prioritized
For home, I use for buying stuff, personal health, gifts for others, stuff around the house

  ### 10. Priority Matrix is a quality tool for curating my most important ideas and projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | CORE Training Coordinator ("West Coast Regional Training Director"), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority Matrix?**

I like the different matrix offerings, especially the ability to colorize and design my own

**What do you dislike about Priority Matrix?**

My non-profit understandably isn't persuading or funding me to utilize it

**Recommendations to others considering Priority Matrix:**

Use it to compartmentalize or "firewall" your most important projects and ideas

**What problems is Priority Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to plan out seasons of work, I use it to list 12 weeks of work at a time in the top left box + weekly themes/goals/objectives + use the other boxes for priorities and idea parking lots
