**What do you like best about Primo Rewards?**

The best thing about Primo Rewards for us is the anti-spam and stamp-theft protection, especially with the Rush-Hour QR feature.

At N Square Cafe, the counter gets crowded during busy hours, and during that time the staff can’t keep checking every small thing manually. Primo’s Rush-Hour QR makes stamping much smoother because customers can scan and get their stamp quickly, while the system still helps control misuse.

Earlier, with paper cards, there was always a small doubt—someone could lose the card, misuse it, or ask for extra stamps. With Primo Rewards, that issue is reduced a lot. The stamping process feels more secure, more organized, and faster.

Now customers don’t need to download an app or carry a paper stamp card. They can join through a QR code, collect digital stamps, and track their rewards easily on their phone. Primo has made customer retention for local businesses simpler and quicker.

For a cafe owner like me, the primo rewards performance very practical. It saves staff time during rush hours and gives customers a smoother experience without creating confusion at the counter.

Pricing for primo is affordable starter at Rs.1999 annually, pro at Rs.2999 annually and premium with multilocation at Rs.7999/annually while pro offers best plan for single location with almost all the feature of premium. 

onboarding was easy through www.primorewards.in website and take less than 10 minutes for enrollment. Setup is easier with setting reward rule and product cost & similar detail. It has one feature where your customer can review you and follow your business Instagram account from dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Primo Rewards?**

There is nothing specific that I dislike about Primo Rewards. So far, the experience has been smooth and the main features work well for our cafe.

The only thing I would say is that we are still exploring all the features, so we may discover more ways to use it over time. As of now, it has been helpful for managing digital stamps and making the loyalty process easier for both our customers and staff.

**What problems is Primo Rewards solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primo Rewards is helping us replace paper stamp cards with a simple and organized digital loyalty system.

For our cafe, it solves problems like lost cards, stamp confusion, and slow handling during busy counter hours. Customers can scan, collect stamps, and track rewards on their phone. The Rush-Hour QR and anti-spam stamp protection are especially useful because the counter gets crowded, but the stamping process still remains fast and controlled.

It also gives us better visibility through customer analytics and economics reports. We can understand how many customers are joining, how often they are coming back, how many stamps are being issued, and how the loyalty program is helping repeat business.

This benefits us by making customer loyalty easier to manage, reducing confusion, improving the customer experience, and helping us make better business decisions based on real data.
