We can go directly to the POC through the chart. **What do you dislike about Prestavi?** Lack of graphical illustrations gives a plain or dry interface for those who visist the platform for the first time. **What problems is Prestavi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prestavi is the easiest way to guide a fresher who joins in your company. As well as being able to have access to my workflow. I could check back on my notes and enter comments if I missed any information. **What do you dislike about Prestavi?** The thing I dislike about Prestavi is having to go into each interaction individually to see which caller it is from. I would prefer to search for the caller's info through a search tab to search name or number quicker. **Recommendations to others considering Prestavi:** This program is very user-friendly. **What problems is Prestavi solving and how is that benefiting you?** If we are having trouble with Prestavi it is usually addressed quickly with their tools and Q&As. I never really have to call to have something fixed or report anything wrong. ### 9.
