**What do you like best about PressWise?**

Great customer service. constant efforts  to move  forward with innovative features . 
The workflow has allowed us to streamline key operations

**What do you dislike about PressWise?**

Can be costly. must purchase enough licenses for the number of users you expect to be operating at one time. 

**Recommendations to others considering PressWise:**

This program has allowed my office to grow rapidly while maintaining a good workflow.

**What problems is PressWise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of jobs is its biggest strength. Automated emails to our clients saves a ton of time for our CSR's.
