**What do you like best about Predictable Revenue?**

Their sales people were very good while selling their services to you.

**What do you dislike about Predictable Revenue?**

They had extremely poor performance. Email deliverability rates were far below industry standards. They continually failed to perform on every metric. They also bait and switch you with great sales folks selling to you then ship you off to a team down in Mexico that cannot perform.

At first the Owner Colin was very nice and met with us to try to improve the situation. Eventually he stopped showing to schedualed meetings (no call no show) and when completely cold on me.

**Recommendations to others considering Predictable Revenue:**

Stay far away. There are much better agencies when it comes to cost per lead. The time I spent with them could have been spent running campaigns and outperformed them by miles.

Predictable Revenue helped us establish an SDR process.

**What do you like best about Predictable Revenue?**

Sarah Hicks has been helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries outside of our normal scheduled meetings. Since working with Sarah and the team 5 months ago, we have increased our demos scheduled by at least 500%.

**What do you dislike about Predictable Revenue?**

We implemented our SDR process in 3 months.  I would have preferred things to move a little faster.

**What problems is Predictable Revenue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were hitting a wall with generating inbound leads.  The leads were getting very expensive, and the quality was deteriorating.  Predictable revenue helped us scale our lead generation by helping us implement an outbound sales process.  We have increased our demo's booked by over 500% at a predictable and consistent cost in less than five months.

Our objective was to test our current cadences against one from an outside party that does not have the same internal biases for our service / industry that we may have.

**What do you like best about Predictable Revenue?**

PR provided not one standard, but actually multiple cadences with audience considerations baked in. This impressed us, as we were not expecting this level of detail. Also, the detailed methodology behind the cadences exceeded our expectations.

**What do you dislike about Predictable Revenue?**

We would have loved for the cadence to perform better than our current, but that's part of testing and particularly when there's only 1 iteration. It steered our hypotheses in the correct directions.

Providing external expertise for writing new outbound cadences.

The Predictable Revenue team started as our mentors in the development of our SDR program. They did such a great job we decided to move forward with having their team handle the SDR division of our business. We are very excited about our growth plan, and working with the PR team will allow us to focus on our AE and CSM divisions.

**What do you like best about Predictable Revenue?**

The best part is they are doers. They have a plan, and then they execute. They also hold themselves accountable by having the proper amount of meetings set, so there is constant growth and improvement in the SDR division of the business.

Currently, we have zero dislikes! We only wish we would have started sooner

Very attentive team, always available, experienced. They have a lot of different proven methods to reach the correct audience.

Time organization for consulting meetings were not optimized at the beginning, was fixed eventually.
