## Practice Reviews
 ### 1. So much promise... constant disappointment

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jen M. | Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love the *idea* of Practice. A place where I can manage my clients, offer scheduling, billing, send files, have private chat. If only it delivered. ...

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Since there aren't a lot of reviews like mine, I can only assume something happened to my account. The problem is, it's never been fixed. Customer service doesn't respond if they don't know what to do, and when I requested that they delete the account so I can start over, they also didn't respond. I have a constant stream of emails about appointments being cancelled that I never scheduled, follow up requests for meetings that didn't happen, and it plain doesn't work right. If I'd had support or help I would've stuck with it because I love many things about it. But too many things aren't delivering on the promise. And, like many organizations I need a consistent product that delivers.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My intention was to use Practice for a client portal, file sharing and online paid scheduling. The calendar keeps disconnecting amd sending erroneous cancellations, and paid scheduling didn't work — I have the Stripe account connected, but payments didn't go through. I have no problems with Stripe on any other platform. Messaging and client portal are great features.

 ### 2. Able to Finally Start Scaling B/c I Can Keep Track of All My Clients, Schedules, Contracts, etc.!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariana Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I had been looking for a CRM-type software so I could stop using a spreadsheet and fourteen different other pieces of software to onboard and keep track of clients and potential clients.

Practice has made this SO EASY. Some of my favorite features:

- It is simple, clear, and straightforward. So many CRMs are info overload and my brain hates that. (And I'm saying this as a part-time web programmer who deals with tech stuff all the time! I have zero fear of technology, but here I need simplicity!)

- I can see all my history with each client easily. Phew.

- I can see all my appointments easily. Phew.

- I can send a simple "Agree to these terms by checking this box" to ANY potential client that is just looking for a simple free get-to-know-me meeting. So important. I don't need to send them a straight-up formal contract but I also can't have nothing. The fact that they simply click the "I agree" box when they make the free appointment is perfect.

- And, once a client signs on, I can then send them the full contract easily, by whatever means makes the most sense. And it's all tracked and kept togther in Practice.

- I really like being able to have the different products and forms. I got rid of Calendly and did not need to buy Docusign because Practice includes the features of both.

I'm still learning more, and I'm sure more features will be forthcoming, but these are what I love the most!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The top recommendation I have is that email reminders to my clients should also include my name in the "from" field so that way my client doesn't overlook them if the email says it is from "Practice" and they aren't yet familiar with what Practice is. I know this may be addressed in a future request, so just waiting on that. :)

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling appointments
Signing contracts
Keeping track of all clients and potential clients

 ### 3. The assistant I needed to improve my practice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivier C. | Life Coach, Mental Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I'm so pleased with my choice of Practice.do for my life coaching business! The interface is excellent and the customer support and communication is top notch. I appreciate all of the effective tools that Practice has, such as automation, the scheduler, and a private chat app per client. It also has some great resources to help you be successful.

I chose Practice.do over other potential competitors because of their unlimited contacts and storage, which I need for sharing session recordings, coaching tools, and summaries. Having unlimited storage was a game changer for me, and the client portal with the private chat and phone texting included was the best I could find.

The platform is reliable and stable, and the support team is responsive and helpful. There is also an active Practice community, which is great to be a part of. For a relatively new platform, it is robust and loaded with tools.

Overall, I'm giving Practice.do five stars for its excellent customer support, effective tools, reliable platform, and unlimited storage. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking for a great all-in-one life coaching experience!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

There is nothing I dislike about Practice.
Of course, there is always room for improvement:
- an accountability tool
- an included video call
- an in-house payment gateway with a fair fee for those working internationally rather than Stripe

These are minor details compared to all that is available, automated, and integrated already.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all the tools and information in one place. It provides credibility and professionalism for coaches. I am productive and save time on many levels. I am organized and confident to reach new clients.

 ### 4. Simplicity at its finest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sian L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Having client notes, actions, the calendar and other functions core to running the business all in one place is what I like best about Practice. It's just simple, it doesn't need to be explained to clients and it helps so that you can focus on your interactions with clients instead of worrying where's this link, those notes.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I can't say there are any downsides, it's a simple platform and it needs to remain simple to be effective. It has core functions and delivers those well. What I would say is the team are great at responding when you ask for a feature or how you can make some functionality work.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything to do with my coaching business and the back end is now in one place. I don't need to reach for the email sent box, then Trello, then Stripe or whatever tech stack you have all over the shop. It's in one place and it's been a great time saver.

 ### 5. Strong product for the coach/consultant looking to streamline client engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TJ W. | Principal & Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

The absoulte best feature of Practice is how the products intergrates with your account to import clients. If you've emailed them before, you can easily import them. The user inferface is easy to navigate and the customer team is pretty responsive.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

If you have a large amount of clients or this is your first time streaming your clients, you will need dedicate a signficant (10-15/hrs) to set everything up. This is a challenging feat if you're a solopreneur. If you happen to be a solopreneur, who wants to get started fast I recommend taking the time to set-up as much as you can when you first create an account or enlisting the help of admin support.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralization of client notes, engagements, and related contacts. It's allowed me to keep an eye on my engagements, and total hours dedicated to my coaching career.

 ### 6. Slick practice management tool for quickly scaling coaching companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole W. | CEO & Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

- Simple user interface (for client and our internal team)
- Great support team
- Reasonable price point
- Regularly releasing new features

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

- Looking forward to some of the additional features that I know are in the works

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had historically used a whole suite of products to manage billing, scheduling, session tracking and client comms. It's incredible to have found somethng that integrates this all in one place and creates a much more streamlined experience for both our clients and our team.

**Official Response from Eva Tang:**

> We're so honored to be able to help serve your team, Nicole!

 ### 7. Great service with exciting product roadmap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Great service during complicated implementation. Responsive to feedback + questions. Clean UI/UX for both staff members and users. Zapier integrations that allow us to integrate with the rest of our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

We run a team of 50 coaches with 400+ clients, so we forsee tracking all the communications between coaches/clients to be challenging.

Practice is planning on solving this with notifications to tell users/coaches when they need to respond + we're working on other features.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling + client communication

 ### 8. Practice Software has everything a life coach needs to run an efficient business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I've tried other software to organize my coaching businesses and found Practice to be the best. It's easy to use and intuitive. It's an all-in-one software that saves the coach a lot of time and energy. Once the client contact is created, you can assign forms for them to complete, bill them, assign them to different packages, email directly from inside the program, assign a shared "To-Do" list, maintain a private "To-Do" list, and keep private notes from after the session. With the professional upgrade, some branding customization is available.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I haven't found any downsides to using Practice.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice solves the problem of using multiple programs to save information about my clients and multiple programs to run my coaching business. With practice, I use the scheduler option that is included with Practice, so I canceled my Calendly subscription.

 ### 9. Tailor-made for solopreneur coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle I. | Career Coach, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I looked at several software solutions to use when I founded my side business, and Practice was one of very few that were made with coaches in mind. This isn't a sales funnel-focused or project-based platform that has to be awkwardly adapted to a coach's workflow. At minimum, I needed a way to streamline scheduling and to keep my client notes organized. Practice's "timeline" view on each client record got me in the door, and as the app has been built out the coach/client relationship-centered approach keeps me here. I've been able to replace most of my online tools with Practice as new features have been released, like coaching packages and e-signatures. Clients have found the chat feature helpful to keep everything related to their coaching in one place. Practice is the only platform focused on coaching with a mobile app, and the only CRM moble app I could find at this solopreneur-friendly price point. Last but certainly not least, the team is extremely responsive and helpful, not only with the app, but also with creating a community of coaches.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Practice is still new and sometimes it can be buggy. But issues are often resolved quickly and new features are frequently going live. I would like to see more customization of the portal, client notification emails, and the order of automations, which sound like they are already close on the horizon.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to operate most of my business needs in Practice: appointment scheduling, invoicing and recurring billing, client notes, and centralizing resource-sharing with clients.

 ### 10. Intuitive software that I don’t have to fight with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie B. | Registered Social Worker in private practice, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I appreciate that Practice is intuitive, simple to use and has a great app. I love that I can access and create client notes on my phone. Great tech support!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

No complaints about the software, I'm continuing to tweak how it works best for me and appreciate that the company is open to feedback if I encounter challenges in what I want it to do.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to chart client notes on the go from my phone
Integrates Zoom, Stripe, invoicing, scheduling and charting all in one place.
Quick, responsive support if I run into problems

 ### 11. Very intuitive and phenomenal customer support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

While I love that the Practice coaching software is easy to use because it's intuitive. The real game changer is the phenomenal support team. The support team is ready, willing and able to assist you. Someone is always available during business hours, and they are quick to respond to the chat available within the software. They are always ready to get on a virtual meeting to better understand my issue.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I'm glad that the electronic signature feature was added. However, it is still quite rough. I'm confident it will improve. I honestly don't have any significant dislikes at this point.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the practice software, I can have all the tools I need in one place. It integrates with G-suite; I can add notes, send information to my clients and do billing. Also, I don't have to worry about being limited on how many clients I have or how much space I need. It allows me to focus more fully on my passion, ADHD coaching.

 ### 12. The Solution For Coaches We'd Been Looking For

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James E. | Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

We found that managing clients, their notes, actions, documentation and appointment booking required numerous platforms and different subscriptions. It felt less than optimum, was not that engaging for us or clients. This is completely flipped with Practice. Having everything in one place makes it much simpler to manage it all, and with a chat function, brings a much closer relationship for us with clients than e.g. via email. We have also found that the Practice team is quick to respond, very supportive and open to ideas to refine and improve the product. Very happy so far!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Disliking Practice is not really something that I would say is my experience; a single platform / app and its one point of contact giving benefits far beyond having multiple platforms to work with clients. The current downside is that in our small business, we have 2 people that are coaches, but currently it is only possible at the time of writing to have one business account. So, we are managing clients with one name / email. However, having said that, Practice has plans to have multi-user access from June 2023, which will solve this minor issue. We can already have a scheduler that differents the coach for each client and the session needed, so soon we will have greater functionality.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key problem for me was using multiple systems or platforms to onboard and manage coaching clients - this could be Email, Calendly, Google Drive, and more. I've found that clients are less engaged, they find it hard to relocate docs between sessions, or where to find actions. This has made the process more fun, interesting and simple.
It also solves the challenge of sharing of clients or visibility across more than one coach. With 2 coaches that both coach a client, this gives us access to their notes, their strengths profile, what was discussed in the previous session, and a clear view of how many appointments have been done so far. This has led to better communication between all parties (including through the chat function), plus oversight of self reflection and actions to complete. With a tick box section. We find clients are doing things now, more frequently, without it needing us to chase them. The system also acts as accountability or a kick to get us to follow up on clients, which I have sometimes forgotten in busier times. So, there are numerous ways Practice is helping us to solve our challenges.

 ### 13. A great place to coordinate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice is a great place to integrate information about, for, and with leaders. It provides robust automation to simplify onboarding and furnishing start-up forms such as legal and contact details.

It then allows leaders to schedule... and then reschedule sessions that work with your calendar ;-) It also allows multiple schedulers to be used with different types of leaders. For example, you can limit inquiries from existing clients and offer different sessions lengths based on needs.

It also provides a robust library of pre-populated forms such as great agreements, follow-up, close-out, and completion. And you can add your own often-used documents/forms into the system so that you can keep them updated in one place, and everyone sees the latest versions.

They also provide fast responses to issues and suggestions and are easy to work with. Using Loom for videos to "show you" how to do things that are "obvious" has helped me get better at trying things before asking for help.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The distinction between a "File", a "Form", and a "Link" takes a while to get used to. I am still figuring out the best approach for sharing information smoothly. But as I mentioned they are very easy to show you the "best" approach if you reach out.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Integration of shared forms, documents, and reading materials.
2) Organizing what I have shared with which leaders.
3) Booking and changing appointments on my calendar
4) Reminding me and the leaders about follow-up commitments.
5) Observe how I am doing on the number of leaders I support.
6) Eventually, helping me see how I am doing on billing. (I use Stripe but had that set up before using Practice)

 ### 14. Perfect Solution For Coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice Coaching Software is perfect for the work that I'm doing. I love how it integrates so well with Gmail and allows me to not only keep track of prospective clients but also allows me to flow seemlessly from prospect, to onboarding, to payment, to client management and beyond. I've been very pleased with the product and the Customer Service is absolutely second to none.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

It can be a little pricey but my hope is that my coaching business will more than sustain the price. At the end of the day, $25/month isn't bad when you considered the fact that it's pretty much a one-stop-shop for what a single coach needs.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving my need for a single solution for scheduling, CRM, payments, and client management. It integrates with my Gmail so all communications coming from Practice look like they're coming from the address my clients recognize. On top of that, the forms integration is great. A client fills out a form and it populates the information where I need it to go and allows for flexible automation.

 ### 15. Practice makes my life (and that of my clients) easier!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda J. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I am loving my experience of Practice, the software itself is great but the customer onboarding, ease of use, and responsiveness of their team is exceptional.

It has been great for pulling together the variety of tools I was using into one tool. But a real selling point for me is the ability to have a centralised dashboard and communications chanel that my clients and I can both communicate privately and with ease. The IOS app makes my life so much easier.

I think Practice should also be commended for their ability to listen to their users/clients and keep driving forwards the new functionality that is requested.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The software is still in it's early years and so some functionality is still being developed - some of the external integrations that I might look towards needing are not there yet (Xero / Convertkit) - not everyone wants to use a tool that will zap between tools.

However, that being said the Practice team listen to clients needs and consider their requests. They share their roadmap of what's being worked on and what has just been updated to keep clients in the loop.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice allows me to consolidate the tools I use to run my business and so has saved me money. However, more importantly it has allowed me to streamline my processes and give my clients a better service and additional functionality.

 ### 16. My Best Business Investment Thus Far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice is holistic and comprehensive, exactly what I had been looking for in a scheduling/client tracking software for my coaching business. Prior to Practice, I was using a patchwork of numerous softwares to manage my business. However, Practice has streamlined my workflow so that I can focus more on the core of my business (coaching) and less on admin. Additionally, Practice's customer support and learning materials are top notch.

My suggestion to anyone starting off with Practice is to put in the time and energy to understand Practice's userflow as well as to personalize your content. The up front investment really pays dividends as your business ramps up.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The only feature I would add is in the realm of payments. Currently Practice uses Stripe to process payments. It would be helpful to have a feature where payments could be processed directly from a bank account to help minimize fees taken out by Stripe, especially for solopreneurs who are just starting out.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice solves the administrative overwhelm that can bog me down as a solopreneur. Practice is streamlined, comprehensive, holistic, and simple to use as a product. Additionally, Practice's highly responsive team makes me feel very taken care of as a customer.

 ### 17. Building a coaching business with Practice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

When I decided to make coaching my main professional activity, I was looking for a solution to handle the admin part of the business, esp. appointment scheduling, payments and CRM. I was one of the beta testers for Practice, and I've been using it since 2022.

Practice is the perfect tool for me right now since it covers my needs as a beginner coach. While I'm not using all the features, it allowed me to get started within 30 min. The platform is intuitive, and I did not have to spend much time figuring out how things work.

The best part for me is that the customer service is AMAZING! They answer in a very customer centric way and very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

They are launching a pro version -but the price point is too high, even if I was interested in many features, especially the branding aspect.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling
Payments
CRM

 ### 18. Streamlined software with excellent customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helen Adilia A. | Principal Strategist: Content Marketing | Copywriting | Ghostwriting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice has streamlined my ability to keep track of each of my full-time members. I can keep my client records updated with notes and schedulers, which helps when I have to do custom billing. There are a lot of well-thought-out features, and more keep rolling in. Another bonus is that when there are any bugs/issues, I know I can submit my request, and my problems will be addressed -- Thanks, Ahmed!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

While my use case is rather niche, I wish I could use Practice's automation without it being tied to Stripe. I would also love a way to delete unneeded forms/invoices I'd created.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not use it as coaching software, but as a CRM that lets me manage client records, scheduling and products and packages I create for our ceramic community studio. With 14 people using our space, Practice allows me to keep track of all the ins and outs. Whether it's financial or time-related regarding scheduling and booking studio hours, Practice keeps me organized! It also gives me (and our studio) a level of professionalism that I would not be able to have without using the software.

 ### 19. Try Practice.Do if you are a Successful (or Aspiring) Coach!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love this software for multiple reasons. First, it is very easy to use. Second, it is fairly comprehensive in providing practice management for coaching businesses. But third and most importantly is that there is an extremely high level of customer service. The folks in product development and customer service are very responsive and you don’t have to wait long for answers. I think if you run a coaching or small business, this is definitely a solution to look at.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

In all coaching software, there are templates that should be pre-loaded. Practice has a few, but needs a little more as well as further integrations and customizations. Both of which are coming in the next few weeks we've been told!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice helps coaches manage their practice in an all-in-one solution. You can use it as your CRM, invoice solution, scheduler, and file repository for your clients. It's highly flexible and serves as a fairly comprehensive coaching solution.

 ### 20. The All-in-One Solution for coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Mat H. | Founder of LEAD FROM WITHIN, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

All-in-one software platform, including Scheduling (integrating with Google Calendar and Zoom), Client database (I have all my files in one place), and billing/invoicing (when you want to automate your Webinars or group coaching). Their customer support is just awesome, and I feel they really care about their customers. In addition, they are building a community for coaches to help them thrive in their businesses. It's reasonably priced and the best tool I could find (compared to others on the market).

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

It seems the guys behind Practice thought of everything, and it works like a charm. Honestly, saying, there is not really a bad thing that I dislike using it on a daily basis.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it's the best coaching software out there that helps to streamline your business. It allows me to free my time for the things I love doing the most: coaching people.

 ### 21. Love the app, great for ADHD coaches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Founder and CMO, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I'm a hapy user, and disclaimer they offered me a giftcard, but nonetheless I actually really like the software. I' m Dutch, so I'm straightforward. It mostly helps me in staying in touch with my clients, without getting lost between systems.

I prefer their scheduling tool over Calendly, it's way more straightforward.

And they got great UX. I compared like 5 other tools, and they have the smoothest interface, and options.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

They could improve by adding an e-mail sequence option and improving the smart action section. And if they are willing to edit templated text, that be great. But I heard the first two are in the make.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in touch with customers
One single tool to do it all, instead of multiple
Better scheduling app than Calendly
SMart action follow-up that works really well

 ### 22. Practice.do Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

The software is easy to use. It's pretty simple, which makes it user friendly. Good overview and easy to share notes and files with the clients. I do not have experience with competitors, so I cannot compare. I am quite happy with it. Customer service is really good, although the time difference can cause delays.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The biggest downfall is not being able to delete certain items, especially if you discover you made a mistake. For example, invoices. Not being able to delete them (only archive) causes problems and makes the client profile harder to read.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can have all my clients, their invoices, agreements and notes in one place. This replaced google files with multiple formats. My business has increased and I am happy I have practice.do to support this growth.

 ### 23. Long-time Practice Coaching user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I am an Executive Coach and have used Practice for over a year. I can deliver a professional, high-touch experience for my clients and streamline my operations to spend more time doing what I love - coaching. The pricing model aligns well with my practice as I am typically coaching 20-25 people at a time.

My Practice referral link: https://practice.do/?via=arete

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I have no complaints about the software. I am always eager for Practice to add more features to the platform

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flexible calendaring and scheduling options.
Handles payments, invoicing and subscriptions.
Provides a confidential messaging interface for my clients, including mobile application.

 ### 24. Practice Offers a One-Stop Solutions for Private Coaching Practices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talia K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice is the more comprehensive client management tools available for private coaching practices. I most appreciate having everything in one place - from client files, to scheduling options, and payment systems. It makes the management of my business seamless.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The challenges I have experienced with Practice include not having full transparency into the client facing communications - I would like the opportunity to see what the clients are seeing so that I may suggest edits or improvement. I would also appreciate the opportunity to sync the schedulers to multiple calendars,

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am in frequent communication with the Practice developers offering both feedback and asking for support in troubleshooting. The problems that are actively being solved for me include the ability to sync across multiple platforms (IE Google Workspace, calendars, Stripe).

 ### 25. A fantastic piece of software that enables me to complete all my coaching business in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Owner and founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

The software has been written for coaches and by coaches who understand the complexities and functionality needed. It integrates seamlessly with email, payment and file-sharing software. It has its own very flexible calendar booking system too. I can even invite my clients to use chat software too.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I really can find nothing I dislike. The software team are amazing and responsive and will add functionality when emailed. They also take time to fix any rare bugs.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have a separate calendar system for booking, another piece of software to produce invoices and accept payments, and another for keeping my client notes; now I can do all of this seamlessly in Practice - it saves so much time and makes me more efficient.

 ### 26. Fantastic support and features that meet my needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lizz A. | Student Success Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I have been using Practice for several months, and the support has been fantastic! Whenever I've needed help, Ahmed has responded quickly with answers to my questions or will work with me to find a solution. In addition to the excellent customer service, I love that Practice integrates with multiple Google Calendars and Zoom. I also appreciate that I can include an intake form during the booking flow and automatically send pre-session forms to my clients before their appointments. I recently upgraded to access more features (e.g., digital signatures), and I'm excited to try them out!

Overall, I love that Practice is very responsive to its users, has many features I need, and continues to improve to make it even better!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I have noticed some glitches here and there, and there are some features I would appreciate having that don't exist (yet). However, the issues are always promptly addressed when I contact support, and I know the software is evolving and improving over time.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Practice primarily for scheduling clients. I was using Square Appointments previously, and it didn't have all the features I was looking for. I appreciate that Practice integrates directly with my Google Calendar(s) and Zoom. This has made it easy for clients to book Zoom calls with me, and I don't have to worry about cross-checking multiple calendars. I can also incorporate forms into the scheduling flow, which has been great for collecting information and self-reflections from clients. Overall, I like that Practice allows me to do several things all in one place (e.g., book appointments, send invoices, and store client notes) rather than using separate software for each task.

 ### 27. Practice puts everything at my fingertips for quick and easy access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice Coaching Software is extremely well-conceived and seems to be designed from the ground up by people who understand the business of coaching.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

There is nothing about Practice Coaching Software that I don't like.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice Coaching Software keeps track of clients, appointments, purchase history, and more. It also offers a direct client portal through which I can send messages, files, and more. It also offers iframe embedding of the scheduling code so that clients never have to leave my website, and it can take on the style of my pages, which I like.

 ### 28. All-in-one software for professional coaches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Rarely do you ever get to use software that is actually built from the ground up to actually meet a specific use case.

Practice is that unicorn software. From payments, resource links, a calendar, package tracking, and notes, they've truly thought of everything. It replaces Calendly, a CRM, and even keeps a count of all your coaching hours if you are working towards certification.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I wish the notes feature was a bit more interconnected. I like to track what my clients discussed over time and the way they have notes linked to clients is a little clunky.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling client calls
Keeping notes of sessions
Tracking client usage of coaching packages
Holding a resource library to share
Tracking conversations in emails between sessions

 ### 29. Practice has everything I need for my coaching practice!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vimari R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love that it works as a CRM, and I can also send invoices, collect payments, schedule, and message clients. I also appreciate the customer service I have received.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Getting it all set up is a little time-consuming but that would be the case with all software. Because its new there are a couple of glitches but customer support is doing a great job at handling them.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to keep track of my clients and consolidate some of the products I used in the past. I am able to be more organized and I can also give access to my VA to help me stay organized with Practice.

 ### 30. Powerful yet approachable!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

The user interface is incredible! Practice has an incredible suite of features, but does not overwhelm you with the quantity or the presentation of them. I have used coach accountable in the past, which I liked, but the user interface was hard for me to navigate, and my clients also struggled with navigating it.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

My only critique is it would be helpful to allow text message reminders to be sent at the minute interval (e.g., 15 minutes before a meeting) and it would be helpful if you could send a file to multiple clients simultaneously. It would smoothen out the onboarding process.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling management as well as reminder systemin place for clients. I can't stress enough the approachability of the user interface. You can see everything at once, but it is not visually overwhelming.

 ### 31. Thank you - Simply Successful!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Patty ll B. | Founder , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

When I first came to Practice, I sought a system that would give me all the bells and whistles as some of my previous options (too many). I wanted to simplify my procedures and streamline the process to communicate easily with my clients and track their progress. Practice does just that!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

If I am honest, there are two things that I wish were possible at this time (1) having an assistant have access without seeing private notes or financial information and (2) the ability to customize email templates for automation.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a solo practitioner, Practice has allowed me to reduce my administrative time freeing me up to be available to help more people.

 ### 32. Great Support Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love the built-in automation of Practice. They make it super easy to remind clients of meetings and follow up after meetings. I also really like the customized schedulers. And how easy it is to create payment plans.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

In the past, I have had issues with the chat function not syncing or relaying all of my messages between me and my client. I also have had issues with the chat syncing on my phone and desktop.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice makes following up with my clients a breeze. It's so easy to add items to your library to share with clients. Practice also makes scheduling an absolute breeze.

 ### 33. Finally found the right CRM for my company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

It is very user-friendly. I like that I can make notes in my client profiles and easily communicate with each other.
Love the scheduling part of it as well as the forms

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I would like to have dates of tasks and have one screen to see them all vs having to go into each client profile individually. Also wish I had other options for payment vs just stripe

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to have a place where I can put all the people I interact with as far as clients, prospects or just people I am building relationships with. I also needed a scheduler for multiple types of meetings

 ### 34. Best coaching tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camille C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I like that Practice allows you to have a space to chat with clients. It helps me with my boundaries as a coach as well as it helps keep things professional.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

The downside is that I have to do my accounting on another platform. It would be great to be able to do everything in one spot.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me create boundaries - everything is in one place so I don't have to worry about following up with clients in different platforms. Great tool for invoicing and being able to have clients purchase with a credit card. Everything is in one place including creating programs, and questionnaires/forms.

 ### 35. Practice organized everything and made my coaching business so simple!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

It is basically calendly, note taking, Drive for resources, a messaging app with clients and a payment portal in one! Everything is integrated and makes me forget the hustle that I had before when I used 5 different apps just to do my coaching business. I don't really need a big website either and they even integrated a landing page with the most essentials so I was up and running in no time.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Every now and then there are still bugs in the app. Even though they are quickly resolved I notice it. Also when I started they didn't have the android app developed yet which made it difficult for some clients to use the messaging app.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduced the number of apps that I use for my coaching business to 2. I have one additional one for bookkeeping. I don't need to worry about any other and even added a resource library that all my clients can access that I didn't have before. It just helps me stay focused on what I do best. Coaching

 ### 36. Excellent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lahaina D. | Confidence & Freedom Coach , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I keep all my client's details in one place, including client calls, important information, program progress, and more. I enjoy the practicality of functions such as having multiple calendar booking links, a variety fo forms that I send leads and clients, a curated Library of resources, and how professional I look sending everything form one single platform,

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

There are only a few tweaks regarding the layout that I have sent already to the support team as feedback for improvement to get even better.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practiec software saves me so much time in using various systems or sending emails, I have already everything set up for onboarding and managing clients on daily basis.

 ### 37. Allowed me to launch and ramp up and manage my coaching business quickly and simply

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam W. B. | Founder, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Built explicitly for coaches, it's a system built on flexibility designed just for us. Takes much of the heavy admin part of the business off of my shoulders with appointment scheduling, payments, and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I so use Stripe but would like more flexibility in payment processing. I also would love to be able to search and organize my coaching documents more flexibly in the Library in Practice.

I also know it's a good start as a CRM for coaches but coming from marketing if it helped show pipeline progression and automated email follow ups, etc. it would become even more powerful!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to manage clients, and payments, drive leads, store my documents, take notes, provide a simple setup to drive leads too, connects to calendars and also has a strong support team.

 ### 38. Practice helps bring order to chaos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love that Practice provides all the tools and workflows needed to create a streamlined client experience. Whether it's taking notes, sharing resources, or setting up automatic actions with clients (my favorite), I know Practice continually makes my life and business smoother.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

My main complaint is that sometimes the software can get a little slow in the browser, so I hope that they work to make that smoother!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Practice solves for is tying together various parts of the client lifecycle into one place.

 ### 39. Just buy it, there is no downside.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamica S. | Executive Coach & HR Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice makes it very easy to keep in touch with clients. You can easily keep client notes, send forms and worksheets, and do everything that the high priced platforms do.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I wish that the tasks had due dates, that's about it.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is important to be able to keep client notes, have a way for them to easily schedule their sessions, and have automation for info going out to clients. Practice does that and a lot more.

 ### 40. The only coaching platform I'd use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

It's slick, it's smooth, it has the features I need, and when it didn't have a feature I needed, they added it within a month.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I honestly don't really have a complaint. It's possible that some coaches would need more bells and whistles, like group package configuration or something? But I'm just filling out this box for the sake of it.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice has an integrated platform that takes care of everything I need: putting together packages, billing, scheduling, and so on. Previously I was doing these things separately, which is a pain. Also, I've made feature requests before that have been implemented within weeks, which is next-level support.

 ### 41. Awesome software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I've been using Practice for a few days now and I am really enjoying it. The forms and scheduling features are great! Also, they provide you with a public profile that is very neat which you can add to your website or share with clients!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Honestly, I had a few technical issues at the beginning and the team helped me right away. The customer support is amazing!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it helps me solve a lot of issues. Instead of having 20 different tools, this does the bulk of all the work.

 ### 42. Best CRM for Online Tutors and Coaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

All in one:
I can have all my contacts,
all of my notes,
all of my files under each client.
Very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I would like to see more short videos with the new features of the program.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had about five different programs coordinating my activities; Outlook, Zoom, Chrome, Contacts, Files, and Notes. Now everything is under one application.

 ### 43. Excellent CRM

**Reviewed by:** Greg W. | Writer, coach, and spiritual director., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It is easy to build out services & packages.
It has a great UI & excellent, responsive customer service m

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Nothing comes to mind. Practice hits all of my wickets and make client management extraordinary easy.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is all inclusive (scheduling, billing, forms, file library, chat, email tracking). All are essential in the client process.

 ### 44. So simple, yet so impactful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice has allowed me to start a coaching business from scratch, build a client-base, manage programming, efficiently schedule my time and streamline the financial aspect of my business all in one space. Along with the highly responsive support crew, Practice is a great platform that I would highly recommend to all coaches.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

There are some limitations around automated actions within the workflow but customer support is responsive to requests and the Pro version offers more power for those who need it.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves almost all my coaching business problems and puts everything all in one place giving me more time to support my clients.

 ### 45. Ultimate one stop shop for coaches to run their ENTIRE biz through

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

If you're a coach, the less time you spend screwing around with systems/tools... the better. Save your energy for your client work. Practice is a huge unlock for this. Just forget everything else--you don't need another tool. Practice does it all.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Very little. Honestly, this is a very slick operation. And the best part is they keep adding features all the time - the new "pro" tools are great if you're operating at scale!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time wasted with a multi-tool (expensive) stack of software to run a coaching business, handling everything from every point of contact with a client. Practice fixes this by doing it all in one place.

 ### 46. Designed perfectly for a solopreneur coaching business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen D. | Career & Business Coach | Founder, Writer, Speaker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

I love how Practice has been designed with the entrepreneur coach's needs front and centre. Rather than stringing loads of tools together, everything is in one place.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

Being a newer business there has been some bugs occasionally but they are always fixed quickly and the tech supporrt is very helpful and responsive!

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different tools and systems a coach needs all in one place

 ### 47. The Answer to Our Coaching Software Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

The most helpful aspect of Practice is the fact it combines everything you need into one simple, elegant, easy to use app.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

While they are currently working on this feature, it would be helpful to have a 'teams' componant.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves both money and time by providing a one stop solution to running our coaching business.

 ### 48. I have loved using Practice!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denita B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

So many things to love about Practice! It is super user-friendly, has the BEST support team, integrates nicely with Zoom and Stripe and pretty much anything else.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I wish I could email a group of people directly with Practice, but only individual emails are functional at this time.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling multiple types of meetings, having payment and scheduling in one place, keeping track of client information. I spend less time scheduling.

 ### 49. Practice: Finally a coaching platform that thought of everything!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie M. | Author, Speaker, and Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

Practice gives users unending options for the type of services included. Create as many packing options as you'd like with separate schedules.

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

No downsides! Tech support and responses occur within minutes, and they are constantly developing insightful upgrades.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice offers one platform where I can provide my clients with a high quality experience, including scheduling, resources, and landing (info) pages.

 ### 50. I've tried a dozen... This One Delivers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitzi S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Practice?**

From the interconnectivity with other platforms to the Valuable APP they provide coaches, you can go from Struggle to Rock Star in a Flash! Everything about the platform supports COACH from A - Z. Best Investment To Date!!

**What do you dislike about Practice?**

I've been using Practice for several months, the only challenge I have had is with tutorials. With as much screen time as we have today, I would prefer to read a document versus a video clip.

**What problems is Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines marketing with CRM capabilities. This really drives a reduction in overall apps as several are included in the software. This reduces overhead and potential miscommunication between softwares.
