**What do you like best about Powered Now?**

Powered Now allows me to seamlessly go from entering a customer or locating a previous customer through adding certificates and converting them through to the final invoice and payment. If there is a problem, or I have made an error, the customer service team are only a phonecall away.
As a company, we use Powered Now on a daily basis and it is a very easy platform to use.

**What do you dislike about Powered Now?**

Very little. Sometimes when they carry out an update it can slow my system down or make the technicians have issues in the field. However, I always get prior warning before the update takes place so that I can let the field techs know.

**What problems is Powered Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Powered Now has cut my paper reports by around 80% which is benificial to everyone. Everything is all in one place. I can tell at a glance when we last attended at a premesis, the details of the job, the products used including the HSE numbers and the payment status. 
When new product come on the market, or we start using a different product it easily be added to the drop boxx.

**What do you like best about Powered Now?**

Powered now is a great tool for me,  and my business needs.  It has maximised my productivity,  allowed me to make the most out of my time,  and keeps everything in one organised space.  There is a plethora of different features that greatly enhances my ability to organise my working week,  and book clients in at times that suit us both.  The customer support is also outstanding,  they're always on hand for any queries one may have.  I'd like to give special mention to Lucinda who calls regularly to check in,  and touch base. She is always there for any help I may need along the way.

**What do you dislike about Powered Now?**

The only draw back I could give this software is the lack of ability to be signed in on two devices at one time.  This is however a minor issue that doesn't cause me inconvenience very often.

**What problems is Powered Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Powered now has greatly improved my ability to forecast my working week due to its organisational features.  It has also allowed me to stay organised with my self assessment responsibilities as all my finances are readily available in the app.

**What do you like best about Powered Now?**

Powered now has helped me manage cash flow and stay on top of invoicing as i can invoice the customer on site at the end of the job and take payments immediately by being able to link to a sum up card reader.

**What do you dislike about Powered Now?**

So far there is nothing i dislike about powered now, its been easy to use and they have kept in regular contact with me to check if there is any thing i need help with.

**What problems is Powered Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing cash flow and saving me time in my evenings, being able to quickly generate an invoice not only frees up time but makes it really easy to track my finicial performance

**What do you like best about Powered Now?**

I like the ease of use and that everything's I  need to record ,track and analyze for my projects is included.
It has unique job reports, survey reports templates designed for my industry that I can also customize.

It's a great system for my day to day customer management with the addition of invoicing too.

**What do you dislike about Powered Now?**

Nothing as yet! As Any queries we have had are dealt with quickly and anything that's missing that we need they will add it where possible..

**What problems is Powered Now solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it solves for us is project tracking which has helped us with time management and record keeping

**What do you like best about Powered Now?**

We've been using Powered Now for 2 years, whilst starting out we wanted a user friendly platform to carry out all of our paperwork. Powered Now is just that. The staff are awesome, always on hand to help you through any issues (mainly my lack of it knowledge) .  There always bringing out new features, some of which have benifitted us massively, I've recommended Powered Now to a few of my associates, and they've been really impressed with how user friendly the platform is, and the ability to do quotes, invoices gas cert's all from site. No more hours of paperwork when you get home. Well done Powered Now.

Home screen. Would be nice to have configurable tiles for the features we use most

Saves hours of paperwork at home, I run my business from my mobile.

Cannot fault the team at PoweredNow, spoken with several of the staff including Lucinda, and all have been helpful.
Software itself is great and saves so much time once set up (which the team are more than happy to help with).

Noting. It's a great bit of software and as use it more I am sure will find a few things that don't work right for me but I know the team will help me out

I use Powered Now everyday for the complete process, from first contact with the client and quoting, through to invoicing, invoice tracking and account reconciliation.
One of the best features is the catalogue of items that make compiling estimates so simple.
I use it on my phone, iPad and laptop. I don't think I could run my business without it.

**What do you dislike about Powered Now?**

The only thing I would change, is the ability to automatically populate the certificates with generic information.

Powered Now optimises my time allow me to focus on the business and also my family and home life.

It has completely streamlined my electrical business, making things so much quicker and easier to do. I am now able to do my diary, invoice clients, complete certificates and so much more in one app

I don't really dislike anything about it, it's pretty simple to use and the customer support team helped me set up my account within minutes.

Streamlining my full business and making things quicker and easier. It's also saving me money by having invoicing and certification software in the same place so I can cancel all my other subscriptions

How easy it is to use, and how training sessions are always an option when learning more ways to utilise Powered Now within the company, the customer support provided is excellent. Powered Now has everything you need to run a successful company, we can invoice, track expenditure, track job acceptance, reply to clients, track staff, log time spent on separate jobs, and so much more. We use Powered Now on a daily basis on PC and on our mobile devices.

We really love the ability to write up large jobs, with costs, and send all relevant information to clients and staff with ease.

Only issue is not being able to create a 'quote' appointment. would be good to have this so can tell if appointment is engineer or quote needed

This software is user friendly it sync all of the devices easily and the most interesting part is i love the service reminders.

Everything is good to go only i think the reporting feature if it's added would be great.
