**What do you like best about Powerblox Complaint Management?**

Is a tool that allows the teams pricipalmentene in areas of customer service and even marketing to establish good management of customer complaints with precision and being an easy to use tool, its interface functions in a simple way with functions that allow you to record customer complaints and classify them quickly, It also allows to distribute the data or complaints to different departments or areas where they can be solcuionarte efficiently, integrates well with other systems and can be adapted to the budgets of medium or large companies without representing a large investment.

**What do you dislike about Powerblox Complaint Management?**

I have no complaints, there is nothing I don't like about this tool, its functionalities do not represent challenges for those who deploy it in their organization, besides it is easy to install in the company's computers.

**What problems is Powerblox Complaint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our organization has helped to improve in areas that require changes, this solution has helped to connect with unsatisfied customers and solve their problems from its platform, helping to know the complaints individually and proceed to address the claims, from money refunds, such as delivery of invoices or reports, there are many functions that in commercial areas are of great help.
