**What do you like best about POS Restaurant?**

Effectiveness in loyalty program promotion  management.
Integration of the product with CRM and availability of advanced analytics systems.
The software supports both online and offline use.
Integrity and transparency of the software in pricing and processing payments.
Excellent customer services and technical assistance.
Compatibility and availability of advanced  features.
Implementation of the product does not require training of the workforce.
Availability of easy to understand demos and unlimited tutorials.

**What do you dislike about POS Restaurant?**

Every product has its own drawbacks but this is a real description of a perfect software. I have not experienced overwhelming issues that are worth troubleshooting.

**What problems is POS Restaurant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has streamlined our operations and increased daily revenue through excellent customer management practices. It has also led to customer's retention.
