"Effortless Network Security with Seamless Intune Integration"
What do you like best about Portnox?

I find Portnox very easy to use once it's configured, and it gives us complete control over network access by blocking all unknown devices. The integration with Intune is great for automating the enrollment of new verified devices, making it very easy to manage. The initial setup was straightforward thanks to detailed documentation and a helpful implementation team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portnox?

Sometimes devices get picked up by the wrong policy and it can be a little unclear as to why that happens. It's usually simple enough to fix but can take a bit of investigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Network Control with User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Portnox?

I enjoy the simplicity of Portnox. The web interface is easy to use, which is valuable because it reduces how much time it takes me to resolve an issue. I can quickly look at the alerts page and see what's going on. I also appreciate having great support because they help us out right away when we run into an issue. The initial setup was easy thanks to the support we received and the weekly meetings to ensure we were on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portnox?

Right now we have an open SSID with Portnox enabled on it. If an employee or user tries to connect their phone to it and gets MAC address bypass denied and I look at alerts and confirm their device is not one I want to worry about. There's no way for me to mute the alerts on their MAC address it will just keep spamming my alerts page and there's no way for me to find these employees to have them disconnect from the wifi. "Simple Setup, Intuitive UI, and Fast Alerts Backed by Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Portnox?

Simple setup, with great support whenever required. The documentation is brilliant and really speaks to a standard Portnox set. The web UI is very intuitive and responsive, with straightforward integrations for Azure / AD, and the documentation helps with any specifics. The support team is also on hand if needed.

The speed of information flow between Portnox and on-premise nodes is very fast, which means any issues or alerts are near-instant and can be investigated quickly if/when potential problems are found.

The cost was very palatable to the organisation, especially as our teams had highlighted the risk of not having a solution like Portnox in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portnox?

Some separating and break downs of groups can feel a little restrictive, but that could just be our understanding / implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cloud Network Control with Zero Maintenance"
What do you like best about Portnox?

It provides very good Network access control in the Cloud with no maintenance needed by my team. This gives us the visibility, controls and management needed to secure our internal networks. very easy deployment via a push of the agent to all our machines. The support has been fantastic. This has been very reliable from day to day perspective and helped us with our security posture reviews. Integrating into our network stack was seamless as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portnox?

We had some issues initially setting it up and also for our laptop deployments, it creates more work since we have our techs login and then have to reset or flush the agent cache. Every once in a while, we have an issue with a port being blocked but have been able to uninstall and reinstall the NAC agent to get around this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Portnox?

What I like best about Portnox is how it simplifies network access control without sacrificing security. The platform is intuitive, cloud-native, and easy to deploy, which significantly reduces operational overhead while still supporting a strong zero-trust approach. Portnox delivers enterprise-grade security in a way that’s practical, scalable, and aligned with modern IT environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Portnox?

Cost has increased in recent years. It used to be half of what it cost us today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modernizing Network Access with Cloud-Based NAC"
What do you like best about Portnox?

What stands out most is the reduction in infrastructure ownership. By moving authentication and policy to the cloud, we spend far less time maintaining servers and more time focusing on access strategy. The automated certificate lifecycle, continuous posture validation, and tight integration with Azure AD significantly strengthen our security model. Dynamic assignment based on identity and device trust makes segmentation much easier to manage. Deployment was straightforward, and support was very helpful during the initial rollout. What do you dislike about Portnox?

The Interface can take time to get familiar with, and some workflows are not immediately intuitive for new admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
