The setup-time complaint is usually less about the tool and more about nobody deciding upfront what a &quot;good&quot; result even looks like. Capture-everything tools get you data on day one, but then you&#39;re drowning in noise instead of waiting weeks, which isn&#39;t obviously a win. What&#39;s the one insight you need in week one? If it&#39;s &quot;do people hit the aha moment,&quot; you can answer that with almost anything, as long as you define the aha moment first.
