I find the user interface of Portnox lacking and believe it could be improved. Additionally, I've experienced instances where Portnox has gone down and hasn't come back up immediately. Although the issues usually get resolved within twenty-four to forty-eight hours, it's still inconvenient and causes disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
