The seamless service helps us touse the tool on aily basis with amazing customer support. **What do you dislike about Podwriter.ai?** Full text search in your trasncript is some how not available in a few major used lanaguage , team can work across on the same but English and other languages are easily available. Costing should be simplified for retail users and give additional benefits as compare to enterprises. **What problems is Podwriter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are helping us to convert the entire text transcription of videos on priority and in less TAT. Mostly we used this in our podcast and webinars to share itw ith the customer which makes life easy and for the team. Another good feature of Podwriter is its intuitive interface which is easy to use and implement in nearly all of the marketing stuff and personal usage. **What do you dislike about Podwriter.ai?** The feature which needs a bit of improvement in Podwriter.ai is the SEO Blogs feature which the company promises is of the top-notch quality in the Starter and Pro plans but doesn't work that well. The SEO tags are not implemented well while integrating them with the search engine such as Google and Bing. **What problems is Podwriter.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Podwriter.ai solvs most of my marketing and business issues when it comes to mining audio files. I can even question about the contents of an audio file through their revolutionary feature - PodwriterGPT. This makes extraction of data from any audio file much easier. On the top of that, it supports transcription feature in 20 languages which makes me extract information from any podcast recorded in other than English language. ### 4.
