"Intuitive, easy and impeccable service."

What do you like best about Plytix?

I can easily upload and manage information and also integrate with Shopify. They made it so much easier to include new products to Shopify that only that is already worth it. Also, anytime I needed any kind of support, either José (our super sales manager) or Karina (our adorable key account) were so fast to reply to us. The onboarding process was very smooth and Karina was very patient with me, but it was so easy that I quickly understood how it worked. Today, it's my everyday platform that helps me in everything. What do you dislike about Plytix?

I would say nothing, but there is one small thing that could help even more customers (such as myself) to have some kind of backup for all the customers data, even if you include in their package plan. I just had a situation and even though I could have prevented it, to be able to count on Plytix team to "get my back" it was just SUCH a relief.. but I had to be a pain in the ass and request that, maybe if there was already a service being added to our plan (of backing up all the info from time to time), I believe it would not be a pain to everyone else also and it could bring a lot of value too. Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Thanks so much for writing this, Natália 🤩 Thrilled to hear Plytix is making your Shopify updates easier and that our team has been there to support you every step of the way. 💜 We also hear you on the backup suggestion and have passed it along to the product team 🙏

"The system is very flexible and at the same time open to be embedded into existing IT-landscapes."
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

It's very easy to create exactly the product you want to reflect in the system. Thanks to the multitude of available attributes and the very easy-to-use UI, it's a blast to add new details - even during production. So far we haven't encountered any bugs or issues on our end. Since we don't use the default adapters of the system, we are mainly using Plytix's API which is amazing to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There is nothing we're actually disliking about Plytix - the only feature we would love to see in the future would be "read-only-attributes" within the UI that can only be changed via API. This would allow us to set and store attribute-values that are not supposed to be changed by our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Appreciate the thoughtful review, Henning! Great to hear Plytix is fitting smoothly into your setup and that the API is working so well for you 🙌

"Organization and Editing in Bulk Shine On Plytix"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

It is very easy to link and assign assets, and our organization of attributes is better than ever. I appreciate how easy it is to save new views for different workflows and projects. The customer support from our account manager has been fantastic as well, and we feel supported in switching to Plytix. It is also much easier to update our products in bulk compared to past interfaces such as Salsify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I wish it was easier to search with item lists in more attributes than just SKU, and I also wish these item lists were not capped at 100 SKUs each. This makes working in bulk more difficult at times, especially when working with third party identifiers such as ASIN or TCIN with Walmart or Target, respectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

This makes us so happy to read! 🚀 Love hearing that bulk editing, asset management, and saved views are making life easier for your team, and that your account manager has been fantastic to work with. 💜 Thanks too for the feedback on search and SKU limits, I’ve already passed it along to the product team. 💡

What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix Cloud PIM & DAM stands out for its clean, intuitive interface that makes managing product data and digital assets easy even for non-technical teams. It also excels at collaboration and syndication, letting teams centralize data once and seamlessly push accurate content everywhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

One downside is that its reporting and analytics capabilities can feel a bit limited and basic when you need very advanced, in-depth data insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A superb tool which gets better and better"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

What I like best about Plytix is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is for managing complex product data. As someone who oversees a large and diverse product range, I find the centralised structure incredibly efficient—it allows me to maintain consistency, accuracy, and speed across all our product information.

The ability to set up custom attributes, and seamlessly export tailored data feeds to multiple channels saves a huge amount of time and reduces manual errors.

On top of that, the support from the Plytix team has been exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us resolve any issues. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that has streamlined our workflow and significantly improved how we handle product information across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There are a few improvements I would like to see on the DAM side of the platform.

-Be able to assign categories to an asset via an upload rather than manually on the platform

-To add custom attributes for assets in the same way you can for products

-To rename files via an upload rather than manually on the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Next Generation PIM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

What I like most about Plytix is the feature called "Channels". Here, we can format, edit and export our product data to our online sales channels, matching the requirements for masterdata and digital assets in each sales channel e.g. own B2C shop, Amazon or a specific e-tailers product feed. By automating this process through Plytix, we save a lot of time delivering and formating masterdata to all our sales channels both externally and internally. This frees up a lot of time, that was previously spend managing these vast amounts of data manually in excel. It is also a smart way to manage and store all your product data, so all employees can look up product data in real-time and use Plytix as "source-of-truth". I highly recommend Plytix to any SME that is looking for a smart way to store and distribute product data to their sales channels and partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There is not a lot in Plytix you can dislike. When you have feedback for the tool, you input this into the community portal, which is then forwarded to the Plytix developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plytix?

We've been very pleased with how smoothly the product management system has integrated into our operations. It offers the right balance of functionality and ease of use, allowing our team to manage projects efficiently. We've found that it supports our business processes exceptionally well, enhancing both productivity and collaboration. Overall, it's a valuable asset that consistently meets our expectations. What do you dislike about Plytix?

One area where the system could improve is the initial onboarding experience, as the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. However, the excellent customer service team has made a significant difference, providing timely and thorough support that helped us navigate the platform more confidently. "5 Years of Streamlined Product Management with Plytix"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

We've been working with Plytix for over five years now at elmachetazo.com, and the experience has been consistently outstanding.

As an eCommerce team managing thousands of SKUs across multiple departments, we needed a platform that could centralize our product information, improve data accuracy, and make team collaboration easier. Plytix has delivered on all fronts.

What we value most:

User-friendly interface: Easy to learn and intuitive, even for new team members.

Flexible data structure: We’ve been able to tailor attributes and product sets to our specific categories—like perishables, tech, and seasonal items—with ease.

Efficient bulk updates: A game-changer when we need to update prices, product names, or images across hundreds of products quickly.

Image and asset management: Centralized storage and consistent naming conventions have helped us maintain SEO and visual standards effortlessly.

Outstanding support: The Plytix support team truly feels like an extension of our own. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with anything—from onboarding to troubleshooting.

Over time, the platform has continued to evolve with features that keep up with real eCommerce needs. It's clear that the team behind Plytix listens to their users and actively works to improve.

Thanks to Plytix, we've gained efficiency, consistency, and a much better workflow for managing and publishing our product content.

Highly recommended for any retail or eCommerce business looking to take control of their product data!

What do you dislike about Plytix?

A few areas where Plytix could improve:

While the overall experience has been excellent, we believe there are two areas where enhancements would make a significant difference:

Native integrations: A deeper native connection with platforms like VTEX would help reduce reliance on manual processes or external connectors, further streamlining product updates and catalog synchronization.

Localized documentation: Expanding support resources and user documentation in Spanish would greatly improve accessibility for wider teams across Latin America, making it easier to train and onboard collaborators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
