Plytix is a Product Information Management (PIM) platform for modern commerce businesses. It brings product information, digital assets, AI content creation, and feed management together. "Easy to Use and Constantly Evolving"

What do you like best about Plytix?

It is a very easy-to-use tool that allows for gradual progress in data incorporation and in structuring our catalog. Additionally, it is a constantly evolving platform, which gives us the possibility to add new features or functions to improve and facilitate its use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I would like it to include some additional features, especially related to formulas. I would also greatly appreciate having an option that allows detecting inconsistencies in the data, as we have not been able to do so until now and these errors often go unnoticed. Additionally, it would be very useful to have a dashboard that shows metrics on the use of the tool and the behavior of different users within it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plytix solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, which is dedicated to fashion retail, product creation has always been linked to the logistics area, with the aim of supplying merchandise to physical branches. For our ecommerce channels, we depended on that same information, which was often limited and incomplete. The implementation of the PIM has proven to be a solution completely oriented towards the commercial area, functioning as a satellite of our ERP, POS, and WMS, but providing valuable data for both online sales and physical points of sale. This has allowed us to offer relevant information to both customers and our sales team. What do you like best about Plytix?

What I love about Plytix is how it has completely changed the way our teams work with product data. Now, everyone from supply to procurement and identity uses it daily, and it's become the heart of our product information. We save so much time because everything is centralized, and the ability to manage parents and variants, bulk edit, automate processes, and export for other systems like Power BI is amazing. What do you dislike about Plytix?

One thing I find less ideal is that some functionalities, like grouping variants and sub-variants in Brand Portals or sorting by dropdown attributes, are limited or not as flexible as I’d like. Also, some manual steps are still needed for asset linking and label formatting, which can be time-consuming when working with many SKUs. What do you like best about Plytix?

It is a very complete system offering many great features. It was easy to load in our information and our customers are loving the Brand Portal we have built. Additionally, Chance has been fantastic as our account rep, she has helped us throughout the process and truly a lifeline, we could not have been able to do this without her help. "Accessible Plytix Support and AI Assist Make Formula Building Easy"

What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix customer support is really accessible, and being able to book meetings with Karina myself is especially helpful when I need last-minute support. What do you dislike about Plytix?

I’d love it if the automations section in Plytix could be expanded further and made to support quicker rule setup, for example through imports. What do you like best about Plytix?

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I am not convinced that only CSV files can be imported, as I usually work with XLSX. I believe that mass editing of attributes could be easier if it could be done directly from the product preview. I also don't like having to add an attribute to the family before being able to edit it. I would like to be able to quickly remove options that are not being used in multiselect fields. Additionally, I would prefer the search filters to be synchronized and only show options that actually have results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Plytix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that the PIM has solved for us is the unification of product information from the company's three locations into one place, which allows us to benefit from teamwork and avoid doing the same tasks three times. Additionally, it helps us maintain an up-to-date and as complete as possible catalog, always visible. "Effortless Data Management and Excellent Support"

What do you like best about Plytix?

Quite easy to import export data. Easy to get a overview of products. Integration with homepage works fine, and if it doesn't we get good support from Plytix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

A lot of clicking... I prefere to work in excel. If we take an dropdown attribute that has 25 different options that is written into a spreadsheet, this can not be imported. The same with translationloops.

The setup between attributes and families is also a lot of clicking. In our business it is quite common that new mandetory attributes in created that needs to be filled out. When this happends you need to click into every family and add this new attribute, even though the attribute is added into the group of mandetory attribute.
