"Single Source of Truth for Product Data, Assets, and Scalable Marketing Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix effectively centralizes both product data and digital assets into a single, structured system. Managing large catalogs across multiple brands, languages, and channels becomes significantly more efficient when everything is organized, searchable, and consistently formatted in one place.

It allows us to structure product information exactly how we need it, which is critical for handling complex spec data, multilingual content, and ongoing product updates. The DAM integration is equally valuable, making it easy to manage, update, and distribute thousands of product images without breaking workflows.

Another key strength is how well Plytix supports automation and integration. Being able to connect it into our broader ecosystem and trigger updates based on data or asset changes has helped streamline production and reduce manual work, especially for spec sheets and catalog outputs.

The support and account management have been excellent. Our account manager, Chance, has been outstanding, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Having that level of support makes a big difference when building and refining workflows over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

There is a bit of a learning curve with some areas of the UI and UX. Certain workflows and interactions can feel slightly unintuitive at first, and it takes some time to fully understand how everything connects and behaves.

Another consideration is that attribute structure requires upfront planning. Changing attribute types, labels, or overall structure after they have been created is not always straightforward. Because of this, it is important to invest time early in defining a clear data model before importing or building out SKUs.

The spec sheet generation tools are useful, but could benefit from more customization options. Greater flexibility in layout, styling, and design control would allow for a stronger visual aesthetic and better alignment with brand guidelines.

That said, once the system is properly set up and understood, these limitations become much less of an issue and the platform runs very efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Plytix?

Plytix has easily allowed the ability to post products to different websites with vastly different templates. All while allowing us to easily see our total product branding in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

The "Edit with AI" feature I feel is still in beta and while it affects a multitude of products we have not been able to use this fully at this time. Looking forward to additional updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love that the AI is already helping with formulas, even if it’s still a bit early days. We appreciate your feedback on the Edit with AI feature and have shared that with the product team 💜

"Easy-to-Use Dashboard That Makes Complex Tasks Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

Ease of use and simple dashboard which allows for complex taskings to be made easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

On a recent update the grid view on the products dashboard was removed which was my preference vs the list view as made it more visual to see what content we had for the products as easily identify what the product was rather than reading the title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jon Gorospe of Plytix

Thanks a million for your feedback Libbie!

"The tool I have been looking for"
5/5
What do you like best about Plytix?

We have now been using Plytix for several years and it has been a game changer for our business. We run multiple websites for our business as well as provide product feeds for dropshippers. Plytix has enabled us to centralise our data. Before we had to update each product channel individually, now we do it once and it does all of our channels. This has saved a huge amount of time. Additionally Plytix is extremely responsive with requests. Whenever I can't get it to do something I want, I get a quick response telling me how to do it, or we then work with their devs to look at the viability of making a new module for the system that everyone can benefit from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plytix?

I don't really have any dislikes at this point. We have evolved our use over the past few years to get things to run the way we need them to. We are getting into AI in a pretty heavy way, and are probably a bit further along in this space to what Plytix currently is, but they are working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Abby Bosze of Plytix

Really appreciate the updated feedback, Daniel 🤩 love hearing how much time centralising your data has saved your team and that connecting all your websites and channels through Plytix has made things easier. thanks for mentioning your progress with AI as well and we will keep pushing forward on that front 💜

It significantly improves cross-team collaboration by enabling employees from different departments and locations to work together on a product or category. At the same time, it offers the entire company a clear, transparent overview of what’s happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a shame that there is no API and no integration for Shopware 6. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Plytix is they are always coming up with new features that make our lives easier. Things like the new formula attributes, product data sheets have been great additions.
