**What do you like best about PlansandSpecs?**

I like that RFI's are deemed "answered" by the contractor, not by the architect. It allows contractors to determine if their question was clearly answered or not. 

**What do you dislike about PlansandSpecs?**

I dislike the user-friendliness and the organization of navigating project folders. It's not manageable or organized well.

**Recommendations to others considering PlansandSpecs:**

Pick and choose what aspects you use.

**What problems is PlansandSpecs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use plans and specs as a General Contractor, and it is beneficial in tracking who edits and reviews when and what during transactions.

The interface is nice and simple to use, the transfer process is fast

**What do you dislike about PlansandSpecs?**

Could use some updating all around and general support/patches seem to be lacking and there needs to be more innovation with the product

**What problems is PlansandSpecs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the product for transmittals between clients and document information during the lifetime of a project
