They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about PlanMyCrew?** Everything lives in one place which is exactly what i needed. the gps clock in gives me real proof of who was on site and when, the sla countdowns mean i never miss a deadline anymore, and invoices get approved way faster so i'm getting paid quicker. the auto import for insurance panel jobs is something none of the other apps i tried could do. easy for my whole crew to use too. **What do you dislike about PlanMyCrew?** setup needed a bit of patience at the start to get everyone loaded in, but the team walked me through it and it was sorted quick. honestly not much else to complain about. **What problems is PlanMyCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?** it got rid of the whatsapp groups, the spreadsheets and the late night invoicing. every job is documented now with photos and timestamps, my crew is accountable, and my admin time has dropped a lot. made a real difference to how the business runs and i wish i'd found it sooner. ### 2. It allows me to easily schedule my teams and provides more accurate site information through mandatory photos, which eliminates disputes about job completion. I also appreciate knowing where my teams are without having to rely on hundreds of WhatsApp messages.
