What do you dislike about Pitcher? When you create a slide deck and include a pdf, the resulting document is a pdf. It would be nice to provide a warning when you include a pdf with powerpoint presentations. The admin limits the number of documents you can duplicate. Recommendations to others considering Pitcher: The tool offers a lot of flexibility to create presentations. Pitcher's model is for the customer to be self-sufficient. It provides the documentation to assist you to do any required customizations. We were able to implement Pitcher in couple of countries over a period of few weeks. Seamless integration with Salesforce and ease of use of the iPad application increased reps' efficiency and saved time needed for call preparations, execution and reporting.
