This is the second time we’ve had a major issue, and we still have not received help from them. We have called every day for the past seven weeks, with no movement. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are doing some integrations which has been helpful ### 2. We switched from McKesson to Pioneer and couldn't be happier. I like how there are so many components to it even though it might be intimidating at first. **What do you dislike about PioneerRX?** I dislike the dull layout, but everything's zoomed out to fill the screen with more tabs and make it more efficient. **Recommendations to others considering PioneerRX:** It may seem very overwhelming, but it gets easier and soon you will realize everything is there for more efficiency. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am typing and processing prescriptions whether it's electronic, intake, walk-in, verbal, or transfer. I can view the rejection, do overrides, and see specific medications I am choosing. ### 9. I also like the transparency on the pricing information. **What do you dislike about PioneerRX?** The system is not windows based, making it difficult to navigate. The pharmacist verification screen is also difficult to run DUR reviews on. **Recommendations to others considering PioneerRX:** The support team is able to assist you in building out the program to make it more user-friendly **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have found ways to increase the user-ability of the program ### 10. I am in charge of our sync program and have more than 550patients to manage and pioneer makes the process seem less. Over all layout is also easy to maneuver. **What do you dislike about PioneerRX?** They don’t work as well with vow phone system as we would like. Vow has their side of the text messaging platform set up hut pioneer does not have theirs. It would make communicating with patients much easier. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pioneer has options for numerous reports that are very helpful for the business such as profit reports. We often use pioneer reports to analyze data for better patient care and better profit opportunities. ### 11. Unfortunately, you can’t see a preview of the formula before you click on it. So most of the time it takes over twice as long to find the right formula than it is to make it. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It really helps let you know what stage the prescription is in. Before pioneer you had to look all over the store to find where one was. Pioneer really helps narrow down the search so you don’t look like an idiot in front of the customers. ### 12. I liked the neat user interface, many keyboard shortcuts, and method of contacting customer service. **What do you dislike about PioneerRX?** The one feature I experienced the most problems with was the automatic refill feature. There were some positive parts to it, however, it had many glitches. For example, prescriptions would not pop up for autorefills if the delivery driver did not assign the Rx as completed, although it did show that it was delivered. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** PioneerRx inventory control, post-edit popup (when negative profit), and its ease of use have helped us as an independent pharmacy to enhance and increase our methods and levels of service. ### 13. It works great for a smaller independent pharmacy like I work at but it also has all the features that would be useful in a bigger chain store. I love the interface it has with PK Software from PCCA for compounding. This has made billing so much easier for me. The workflow features when used correctly can really maximize efficiency and help prevent errors. I also believe this software is very user friendly. The install/training team was great and patient answering all our questions and easing us through the transition. **What do you dislike about PioneerRX?** There are some features that I think would be useful as far as reports. It is harder to navigate sales reports and if a vendor is not auto-linked. There is however and idea button where you can submit ideas for upgrades and vote on the ideas submitted by others so that they are aware of the needs of their clients. **Recommendations to others considering PioneerRX:** I would highly recommend PioneerRx. It is a very user-friendly and efficient system. The installation and customer service teams are outstanding. **What problems is PioneerRX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Work-flow efficiency. Helps to eliminate errors. Also alerts us to how many Rx a patient has and where in the pharmacy they are located. ### 15. That would be nice.
