Phonebooth is a lowcost full featured business phone system. Pay for as many users as you need and add users as you grow. For just $20 per user per month you get unlimited local and long distance, with the business features that you need included. Autoattendants, voice to text email transcriptions, conference calling, call forwarding and much more.

**What do you like best about Phonebooth?**

The system is super easy to use. Very self explanatory and most things that you can't figure out on your own there is a knowledge base to help you through it. The price is fantastic too. Very easy to add or remove people from the system.

**What do you dislike about Phonebooth?**

The billing portal is a little clunky. It's hard to find what you are looking for sometimes. The choices for phone hardware can be a bit limited and sometimes hard to choose if you don't know what you're looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Phonebooth:**

Have someone on staff there walk you through the first setup. Once you do that, it is really easy to rinse and repeat and make sure you didn't forget anything the first time by doing it on your own.

**What problems is Phonebooth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to use a massive phone hardware solution. As long as we have enough internet bandwidth, the phones are great. We had some lag issues early on but that resolved once we increased our internet to fiber.
