They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about pForm?** Have been using this form app for years. Very easy to use, and customizable. **What do you dislike about pForm?** We had some issues early on with authentication but have been resolved. Also the form appearance could use a little updating to a more modern looks. **Recommendations to others considering pForm:** Inexpensive and easy to use **What problems is pForm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideal for inbound submissions from email campaigns or websites. ### 2. We were looking for easy to use, intuitive for both user and the business, and reliability.
