**What do you like best about pForm?**

Have been using this form app for years. Very easy to use, and customizable.

**What do you dislike about pForm?**

We had some issues early on with authentication but have been resolved. Also the form appearance could use a little updating to a more modern looks.

Inexpensive and easy to use

Ideal for inbound submissions from email campaigns or websites.

pForm is by far the best online html form builder that my company has tried. It is easy to learn and best of all its free.

**What do you dislike about pForm?**

The way they setup the pricing could be simplified more

We needed an easy way to get feedback and suggestions from our customers and pForm helped us do that.

**What do you like best about pForm?**

We evaluated a half-dozen form products available. We were looking for easy to use, intuitive for both user and the business, and reliability.
NOTHING came close to pForm; it passed on all fronts and it is what we use today.

**What do you dislike about pForm?**

The options are a little confusing as is the pricing structure.

**What problems is pForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our issue was collecting data about users who wanted a fee copy of one of our books. pForm gave us everything we needed AND served as the gateway for us!
