It provides individual support, tracks customer interactions, helps to manage customer tickets, and provides tailored support for staff and customers

I am new to platform but nothing bad so far.

It has greatly helped with assisting customers and employees with technical issues, some of our IT issues and other concerns including diagnosing and fixing immediate problems.
