**What do you like best about Peregrino?**

The customer service is fantastic. Nowadays you really appreciate a good customer service.

**What do you dislike about Peregrino?**

I think they can expand the services they provide.

**Recommendations to others considering Peregrino:**

Just to try it, they will not regret it.

**What problems is Peregrino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are pretty great. They solved our customer support issues by helping us integrating solutions to our CDP and CRM  giving us protocols that our team can follow. 

The benefits have been awesome, we have reduce significantly our bounce rate and increase our CSAT.
